white vinegar tu kak mas beli brand S&W, tp tak taulah ada effect ke dak kalo guna local vinegar...tak brani try takut collapse..

tak coz takde guna minyak pon and kira healthy gak (meringue jelah), kalau dah dgn cream takdelah healthy...

Tried to make pavlova ni last nite for dessert.hmm ampeh giler...i think becos takde whte vinegar/lemon juice tu pasal jadi cair, so tak buleh letak atas baking paper tuh. cair sangat i masukkan dlm casserole.. guna api 120 celcius selama 1 jam 1/2.tapi masih jadi cair... so apa i buat, scoop it out from the casserole letak kt big plate, curahkan whipped cream dan susunkan buah peach(tin)kt atas dia... (licinn.......)

anyway, why my pavlova batter tanak creamy keras mcm whipped egg white sebaliknya jadik cair cam pancake batter.maybe terlebih telur putih kut? i used 4 eggwhites, cream of tartar, vanilla essence, sugar, cornflour,.... nape ye????

coki, texture b4 bake tu tak cair langsung, batter tu still sama macam u beat egg white till hard peak, bila scoop atas paper tu ia boleh ikut je whatever shape u buat. masa beat tu sampai stiff dak? then lama tak beat pasal gula tu kena betul2 licin, takde grainy2. tak sure jugak whether vinegar is afactor pasal penah jumpa resepi without vinegar. satu lagi bila masukkan bahan contoh vanilla, vinegar and cornflour kena with TLC, coz very the sensitip...jap i try cari picture yg penah ambik......

coki, nasib baiklah ada lagi gambar, ni buat just scoop atas silicone paper yg besar, yg comel2 tu masik piping bag n pipe atas kertas..tapi masa tu silap pasal bake sekali yg kecik n besar, jd yg kecik tu crunchy sangat tapi still ok.....

klu nak buat meringue gula kena buh sket2..baru lah telur putih tuh jd kental elok

PERCUBAAN KALI KEDUA.... GAGAL!!!

Satu soklan lagi.. what kind of mixer uols guna? cos bila pakai mixer biasa mcm 'mata' mixer tu tak jejak kt bottom and tergantung.. u knowlah telur putih ni.. tak berapa kena so i bukak, i tenyeh2 kan style handmixer... bila dah GEBU tu gumbira sangat.. dan sampai ke peringkat taruk gula halus.. i masuk sekali satu sudu makan sikit sikit kunun2 tanak my telur putih tu tkejut.. tp once gula dan masuk.. terus cair!ngomong2.. guna caster sugar ke gula halus yg elok?

coki, shida buat meringue pakai hand mixer je. so far tak pernah pulak jatuh. mula-mula pukul telur tu sehingga berbuih je. kemudian baru masukkan gula. gunakan gula castor sedikit demi sedikit. sepatutnya dah okey. jangan tunggu telur tu dah gebu sangat2 baru masuk gula.

mixer yg guna tak kisah coki, bila beat make sure whisk tu sampai bawah, biar hancur gula. gula tu jangan masuk bila dah gebu, bila coki pukul tu, dalam 30 saat ke 1 minit telur berbuih sikit, coki start bubuh gula dan ingat with TLC. gula yg diguna pulak jangan sekali2 gula kasar, guna either caster atau fine sugar. kadang2 caster sugar yg dlm paket ni ada yang tak berapa halus, so kena pukul lama...
takpe coki, jangan putus asa, cuba lagi....

Ohhh.. just whisk je sampai bbuih then baru masuk gula halus/castor then whisk sampai gebu. (patutler tak jadi!!)

white vinegar susah nak cari.. tapi kalo cuka biasa tu byk la ahahhaaha... kalo omit the white vinegar buleh tak??? susahla nak carik.. abis supermarket coki redah... buleh ke?

coki, kalau kak mas guna AA eggs jadi 1 AA punya egg white lebih kurang 40gm, tapi kak mas buh je 5 takde hal punya......ooo kak mas ada gak tgk resipi yg tak guna vinegar langsung, ada terbaca yg vinegar ni utk jadikan texture dalam tu marshmallowy, don't be khuatir, kalau dah takde tak payah pon takpe...
