Yaneng, where's ur new hse? I ni pun nak amik kunci next week ni..berdebar nak inspect umah! baru tengok rumah semalam.... tengok dari luar je.. kunci ambik esok.. tapi rasanya banyak yang nak dikomplen.. tu tengok dari luar je tu.. belum masuk rumah lagi... selalu berapa lama developer ambik masa nak repair yek? boleh komplen semua benda yang kecik2 ke? contoh: cat tak kemas... tiles pecah sikit? first time lina gie inspect umah sensorang...lina cuma nampak 3 ke 4 defect jek..then second time lina bawak member yg keje arkitek...dia tlg check kan n jumpa lebih dari 20 defects...mende2 kecik yg selama nie kita amik remeh pon defect ghupanya....Reply #10 braun's post
lina punya...sampai 6 bulan pon ada....kena follow up selalu...kalau dak asyik lupa saje diorang nih...:@ :@ Like us, developer kasik satu form untuk isi, kene return within 2 weeks. Diorg akan entertain complain only if no renovation done yet.So, we spend a few hours check this and that...suh die plaster balik dinding yg tak elok, put back missing genting, touch up paint kat gate, & a few other minor defects.....pas tu diorg cuci lantai rumah...
developer ni , mmg ok la..laju je buat keje.... Ina dulu masa dpt kunci beriya2 buat appoint dgn developer contractor nak inspect rumah ....hmmm hampeh dia suh kita gi sendiri. Pastu kita pun tangkaplah gambar kat digital camera, siap suh print in colour lg supaya senang depa baiki. Memandangkan kita yg nak dia buat keje cepat, kita pun layannnnnnn:@.
Masa tu Ina dah ckp buat kerja baik pulih secepat mungkin sbb nak buat reno, bagi masa 2 minggu nak buat keje, kejarnye kejar tak gak buat. Last2, tak nak tangguh keje reno, suh jalan dulu. Sampai ke hari nak pindah rumah barulah developernye contractor habis buat, itupun dok salahkan reno contractor yg buat kerosakan. Ina tak peduli, hubby dah naik angin, dah mula tengking2 dah kat pejabat sbb lembab sangat. Perli memerli tu tak payah cete lah. Penduduk kaw rumah Ina lak banyak Chinese, depa lg lah pergi office developer setiap hari, sbb depa kan banyak keje sendiri. ;P. Siap nak report dlm newspaper, sbb tau developer ada lg nak naikkan rumah kat kawasan tu.

All plug points (bawa hand blender nak check ni)
Floor - kalau ada tumpah cat hmmm hardwork gak yek.... tp yelah.. baik puas hati.. beli bukannya rm3000.. dekat rm300k....tak sabar2 nak complen esok ni...
