mmg x amik roid amat susah nak naik, terutama genetik cam org melayu nih....usually yg amik nih yg ...

owhh yeke?? tp gen ase mcm bhgian tgn tu tak susah sgt kot nak build muscle..
mskd gen area lengan.. maaf gen teda taw apa nama dia.. biseps yg dari bahu tu kan?
kalo rajin g gym dumbell dan apa stu lagik tuh.. blh nak ade ketak .. tp kalo ripped body tu dgn six pax tu payah
gen pun ase seksa gak hohoh.. cma bantuan roid akan lbh memudahkan prjlanan bntok muscle btol?

yela2... dorang bersusah payah gak.. cma masa sngkat la dpt body gtu banding yg tanpa roid ..
tp gen tak setuju kalo mmber orang kenalan rapat amek roid ni.. biar tak sixpax mcm model dolce n gabanna tuh
jnji bdn yu fit.. perot tak boroi.. dah ckp baik

biasa laa typical nubie dlm gym, asal masuk gym jer main biceps curl utk besarkan otot lengan......aku pun masa memula main camtu gak obses dgn lengan, but ekceli badan akan nampak pelik if tumpukan biceps jer yg senornya otot yg kecik berbanding msucle 2 yg lain...

nak badan yg nampak segak kene tebalkan dada, besarkan bahu dan belakang, kasi ada V-shaped kata org.....

mmg nak dptkan 6 pack tu yg paling teruk, n if dpt mmg satu bonus laa utk yg x amik roid langsung........yg penting bila dada dah tebal akan nampak perut flat......

tu pandangan ko, tp utk org yg main gym nih, dpt 6pack tu cam kepuasan terbaik laa sbb yg tu laa yg paling obvious bila topless tepi pantai kelak,muhahahahahahahahhayaaaaaaa


haah, aku mmg boroi, bkn takat boroi, hitam, pendek dan botak....pendek kata xder kualiti sorg lelaki idaman gadis2 laa kat aku nih,hahahahahaha

ahahha beselah.. sbb tang lengan tu nmpk dulu kalo pki tshirt kan?
so itu yg dikejar dulu.. nak naikkan dada tu susah juga tuh.. huhuhu.. tp gen salute gak
sama orang yg gym based on protein n diet saja... tak amek jln singkat.. lgipun roid tu bhya gak kan?
tak clp gen boleh sbbkn mslh pd orang laki gak..

btol.. sapa tanak sixpax bang.. pmpan pun nak gak perot gitu.. apatah laki.. stu kepuasan.. dpt
skit2 pun jdk la.. owang kata bayang2 pun dah ckp terbaik akakka.. dpt 2 pax pun dah cukup hepi kan ahhaha..

tu laa silapnya, if badan mmg dah sedia atheletic xper laa nak main lengan jer.....kalo yg kerempeng cam labacekeding nak main lenagn jer besarkan biceps mmg akan nampak weird laaaa...

main muscle besar cam chest, back n deltoid nih akan hit gak muscle2 kecik cam biceps n triceps so dgn sendirinya muscle tu pun akan terbentuk....

haah, mmg kesan jangka panjang roid tu yg wat aku x berani nak sentuh langsung...ikutkan ati mmg nak woooo, member2 aku yg sama2 start main sumer dah tahap dewa punya badan aku jer x byk perubahan cuma nampak shape laaaa, nak kata ripped sgt xlah tp org tgk 1st tym pun akan tanya " ko main gym ker badan camnih",hehehehehehheh

yg 6 pack tu mmg idaman sumer org, tipu laa kalo ada yg cakap xnak badan camtu...tu sumer sbb pemalas ker aku rasa...

yup, mmg aku itam, pendek, gemuk, boroi dan botak,wakakakakakakakkakak........

tp mmg laaa kalo pakai baju biceps tu yg org suka tgk, tp kalo aku suka besarkan triceps (part otot belakang lenagn) sbb yg tu akan watkan lengan nampak besar dlm keadaan lurus...biseps just menyerlah if kita bengkokkan lengan.......

gedik plak dah dia kata??igt aku Emma Maembong ke nak gedik2 comel cun giler tu,hahahahah

yg dlm abata tu pun x nampak triceps,just biceps jer...triceps tu bahagian belakang lengan yg membentuk 2/3 dari ukur lilit berbanding biceps yg hanya 1/3....tp mmg biasanya biceps lebih jelas sbb tu ramai yg obses dgn biceps....

yup, mmg kene menten, kene disiplin if not akan jadi cam biasa or worse if penah main roid akan jadi memboyot,hahahahahha

aku gi gym sorg2 jer tp ramai jer yg kenal kat gym so dorg laa tolong jadi spotter aku masa main heavy....

gym mahal ker??yg tu aku tatau laa sbb aku kat utara nih ok jer, walk-in RM3-10....if member plak dlm RM50-100 jer sebulan

trainer??x payah, kawan jer dgn org2 dlm tu byk laa ilmu deme bleh dpt......in fact aku pun jadi trainer x berbayo dkt bebudak nubie di gym aku pegi tu,hahahahahah

yup, every part of the body ada specific rutin...chest ada flye cable,bench press, dumbell press, incline n decline press, back ada bent over row, deadlift, pull-up, kalo triceps ada dip, extension,close-grip press dll.....haa, baru ko tau susah nak dpt body yg ripped, bukan main masuk roid terus voila dpt cam abatar aku tu

nak flat tummy???kene bykkan jogging or skipping laaa...sit-up tu utk tegangkan muscle utk keraskan pack2 yg 6, tp utk kempis dan ilangkan lemak tetap kene jogging or skipping or cycling.....push up tu utk dada mana kena perut sgt.....

rutin utk perut selain sit-up, bleh wat crunches,plank.....

ok penarikan kenyataan ko diterima.....igt bukan senang woooo nak dpt body cung, even dgn roid pun amat susah n menyakitkan seluruh badan

x semestinya kene jogging or skipping, aku cakap yg aku selalu wat, bleh jer ko nak cycling or swimming...in fact swimming pun dah ok utk dpt figure yg menarik...aku x berenang sbb akux pandai berenang...kalo aku terrer dah lama aku cardio dgn berenang jer sesambil berenang bleh cuci mata n tayang body,wakakakakakakak
