okeh now u start push up, sit up, static run and then jog around the fotball field 10 times.
And then blanja boya lunch, dinner siap tapau skali

maaflah yea, tak berapa setuju ngn dayet ini.
brp lama hang bleh tahan tak mkn nasi? ngarut jer, nasi tak bersalah pun.

hakak dulu mkn nasi dan tetap blh mkn semua mknn peberet akak
tp tetap berjaya kurangkn berat badan.
sbb akak cuma kurangkn kuantiti bkn tak amik langsung.mkn ikut keperluan dan bersederhana.lebihkan sayuran.dan seimbangkn dengan bersenam secara konsisten.diet yg keterlaluan ni tak elok tuk jangka panjang. jgn seksa diri. kita bkn nk kurus semata2 tp nk tubuh sihat.

hakak xleh tahan la tgk nasi...skrg hakak had kan mkn satu senduk nasi tghr dgn ptg jah...amik sayur byk...sayur tu lg byk dr nasi...dgn ikan...dh 3 bln la...sekali dgn exercise...dh 5 bln ni turun la 10kg...dulu masa gemuk hakak mkn 2pinggan sekali mkn tau...sekali dgn hubby...giler weols...dia naik berat hakak pun naik...ble family dh bising2 bru hakak mkn sikit dgn exercise...masa naik giler2 dgn mkn byk2 tu...hubby la suh masak hari2 kat umah...start thn lpas...brape bln jah terus jd gemuk...target raya thn ni nk berat 55kg blik...stress wei bdn gemuk...nak naik tgga pun mengah...dulu pki baju saiz xl...skrg dh l...nk pki s blik...

aku mkn nasi dua kaki ganda byk dr laki aku.tmbh2 klu ada ulam.tp blh je menten berat 55kg.nak tau rahsianya???

setiap hari eksesaiz sejam.xkira apa senaman pun.biasa aku duduk bgun utk perut.gelek pinggang 360` utk xnak ada tyre spare dan rengangan tgn sbb xnak bahu jd bsr.seminggu skali pusing tmn je jogging.tu pun klu baby lom bangun.last 9 month bsalin ank ketiga berat aku 82kg..

aku klu bab diet kena pantang nasi,terus aku xbaca....aku lapar..tmbh aku fully bf.nk kurus mmg kn eksesais..aku pun minum air batu.perut xbuncit.padahal aku beranak czer.xbertungku pun.klu alsan mls..mmg tak la...
