gula yg dah dikisar halus macam tepung ....boleh je guna icing sugar

Puding Karamel

Bahan瞇/u]

5biji telur ayam
1 tin susu cair
1 tin air (ikut sukatan guna tin susu cair td)
2 sudu tepung jagung
sedikit esen vannila
4sudu gula
1/2 cawan gula(utk buat gula hangus)

Utk gula hangus>>>zira masak dulu gula bg cair dan keperangan guna api perlahan saja.. kemudian baru masuk air..biar gula td hancur..

Cara瞇/u]

1.Panaskan pengukus..
2.Pukul telur bg bercampur..jgn pukul lama

beli 2 peket then timbang sebanyak 37.5 gm..
try lerr..kalau guna dua-dua peket kang [40 gm] nnt keras sgt puding tuu..

kebetulan agar2 strip yg dibeli tu mmg 37.5gm/paket. bak kata kacip,kalau beli yg 20gm/paket, kena timbanglah

tepek kat sinilah ye..namanya kek cendol, cilok dari blog mat gebu, bawahnya kek span,atasnya puding cendol. sedap bila dimakan sejuk-sejuk


resepinya

kek cendol

BAHAN KEK :-)
120 g gula kastor
2 camca teh ovallate
4 biji telur gred A
110 g tepung gandum*
1 camca teh baking powder*(*digaul dan diayak)
1 camca besar air
1 camca teh esen vanilla
130 g mentega, dicairkan

BAHAN CENDOL :-)
650 ml air
180 g gula melaka
Secubit garam
2 camca besar serbuk agar2
1 camca besar serbuk jelly (mat guna "halal gelatin";)
2 kuning telur*
350 ml santan*
45 g tepung jagung*(*disatukan dan kacau hingga sebati)
120 g kacang merah yang telah direbus atau yg dalam tin
cendol

Cara :
CARA MEMBUATNYA :-)

UNTUK KEK :- Putar gula dan ovallate hingga rata. Masukkan telur dan putar hingga kembang. Masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit sambil terus memutar hingga pekat. Tuang air dan esen vanilla, gaul rata. Akhir sekali masukkan mentega cair dan gaul hingga sebati. Tuang ke dalam tin 9 x 9 x 3 inci yang telah disapu dengan mentega. Bakar pada suhu 180C selama 20 - 25 minit. Sejukkan kek. ..
UNTUK CENDOL :- Masak gula melaka bersama 650 ml air dan secubit garam hingga gula larut, tapis ke dalam peruk. Tambah serbuk agar2 dan serbuk jelly, kacau hingga sebati. Masak atas api sederhana hingga mendidih. Masukkan bahan2 yang disatukan tadi, kacau hingga sebati dan masak hingga pekat, gunakan api sederhana dan kacau selalu untuk mengelakkan adunan hangus. Bila adunan pekat, masukkan cendol dan kacang merah tadi, gaul rata.
UNTUK KEK CENDOL :- Siapkan tin yang berisi kek tadi. Tuang adunan cendol atas kek. Ratakan dan tabur lebihan kacang merah atasnya (jika suka) dan biar suam. Kemudian masukkan ke dalam peti sejuk selama 2 jam hingga cendol mengeras. Keluarkan dari tin dan hias ikut suka. Boleh dihidangkan...Selamat mencuba!!!
