klu masak meat or fish, ada tak resepi lain. i mean klu mcm ikan tu biasanye letak oyster sauce and veggies kan, tp klu boleh nak variety lagi. try seacrh for steamed food,tp tak byk sgtla. |

klu ikan kukus saya simple je..
saya suka simpan garlic, bawang merah, cili, halia.. di tumbuk
den masuk kan sedikit garam..
den ready to steam..
just simple kukusan.
as u say, u want healthy food, ini yg saya amal kan dulu when i have diet..

dulu my weight was 98 kgs.. n masa tu umur 18 tahun.. now baru 20 tahun hehe
i love football so much and masuk in a team.. mula2 tu tak diet laa
den masa dok pikir2, takde stamina susah mau lari kan..
den baru pikir nak control makanan..
alhamdullilah.. after kerja keras and with the help of my maid yg jadi my personal trainer kat rumah.. i lose weight..
i lose dlm 30kgs in six month.. so kira2.. dlm 63kgs now.. ni tengah kerja keras lagi la ni hehe
no slimmimg pill no ubat ker apa2..
just control permakanan..
eat more steam food.. less rice.. more wholegrain utk ganti nasi..

utk ikan or ayam.. saya guna resepi saya yg simple tu aja..

simpan garam sedikit.. n if u want sikiiiiittt aja pepper..
gitu aja.
if meat tak tau plak..
tak suka mkn daging..

6 bulan hilang 30kg.. tahniahhh
macam G dulu 5 bulan hilang 13kg.. sbb masa tu duduk hostel.. nak makan susah nak ape pon susah.. gi kelas jalan kaki sbb bus penuh..
tp G stat MEI 2007 sampai skang ni, G cube kontrol makan nasi.. 2 minggu skali @ sminggu skali mkn nasi.. yg lain2 G mkn roti, tepung.. kuewtiaw, bihun, buah.. cara masak pon kurang bergoreng.. mmg susah tp G cube pelan2.. kalau kene makan nasi sbb terpaksa.. G amik skit je dan berhenti sebelum kenyang..
TAPI G TAK BUAT EKSESAIS
adalah ilang 6kg... itu pon G timbang bulan NOV yg lepas..
yg penting kene disiplin.. dan BERSENAM lah.. utk kesan yg lebih baik.. sangat baik |

yup, yg penting berdisplin, sabar, jaga permakanan dan bersenam..
saya bgn pagi jam 6am, pegi naik bukit den sambung lagi petang ada football training or if takde training pegi jogging..
mana tak hilang 30kgs kak...n 1 week dah hilang 4-5 kgs..
even the doctor tak pecaya i manage to lose 30kgs in 6 months..
kita usaha lagi....

nak share resepi sup yang lady selalu makan masa dinner
very healthy, and sangat kenyang
and surprisingly very low calories
bahan-bahan (macam dalam gambar)
2 ekor sotong (or satu suku breast ayam)
2 biji tomato
satu mangkuk kobis cina (kobis yang panjang tuh)
cendawan (boleh guna dalam tin, i prefer fresh mushroom)
suhun
2 batang fucuk (tauhu kering)
daun sup
cara masak:
masuk 2 kiub ayam, fucuk dan suhun dalam satu periuk air. (kalau takut msg, boleh guna segenggam ikan bilis untuk perasa sup). then kalau dah mendidih, tutup api then masukkan bahan2 yang lain. sbb sup sayur...so jangan biarkan sayur tuh layu sangat....nanti nutrien dia hilang. Then abis...prep time 5 menet, masak 10 menet. Yang dalam gambar tuh untuk 3 serving.

dan sangat kenyang
lady tak makan dengan nasik pon, just makan sup tuh sahaja
just kalau lapar sangat2, i put in 2 sudu nasi dalam satu mangkuk sup
lady dulu 90kg
then sekarang dah 55-56kg
ambik masa setahun jugak nak kurus
kalau tengok, lady punya menu diet pun ala2 ukaya |

badan saya semua oke.. tapi satu masalah saja..
part arm ni masih menggelember
peha oke, sebab training bola kan byk sepak2 n workout utk kekuatan di peha n also hiking .. so its help..
arm ni yg susah.. kena atleast angkat berat yg ringan je supaya tegang kan...
tak pakai apa2 produk..

what motivates me...go hiking sebab nak dpt stamina for football...sebab, suka sangat2 with football.. from there, i want to do more..klu harap kan training saja, stamina lambat nak dtg..thats why i do extra..lagipun tak suka kalau i am the only one yg selalu nombor tercorot when we have lumba lari ker apa2 during the training..
plus my position was a defence saje.. but i love to be a midfielder.. so i work hard to be what i want..

memang suka mkn oat tapi tak selalu ( ini before diet )...
suka cium bau oat.. aroma nya sedap hehehe, thats why its not a problem for me to eat it..
so, after i know its good for diet, makin la suka makan until its jadi makanan seharian..
klu akak AnitaSabrina mau mkn oat ni..
akak try pelahan2 dulu, in a small amount... until u can accept it..

thanks ukaya.
What deters me is the preparation involved in making low-fat food and the amount of thinking of what's good and what's bad. But I guess its essential to lose weight.
back to the topic :
I prefer recipes yang extremely easy to prepare and the whole family can eat without complaining - tak sedap!
I can live with soups and salads but my youngest son chokes everytime he sees vege! Susah nak masak for myself & also the rest of the family.
Ikan kukus is nice with serai, cili, limau etc. Makan with huge amount of salad. But tulah anak yang kecik tu fussy pot sangat about food. |
