Kalau guna blender lagi best. Mesti jadi creamy.

So far dah buat buah embun blender dgn air soya bean, sedikit susu cair, gula & essence vanilla. Memang yummy yummy yummy. Pernah makan goreng pisang dgn ice-cream. Sedap tak terkata. Ice-cream bubuh dgn kismis.

hai..aku pon nk join jugak dan rs bersemangat nk amalkan mknan yg berkhasiat..sejak ayah aku meninggal baru2 ni akibat heart attack,baru aku sedar betapa bahayanya penyakit jantung nie..kan kbykkan penyakit berpunca dari perut?pasni aku x mo dah mkn mknan ngarut2 jajan2 atau apa2 sahaja yg byk kalori tuh..

pasni aku nk plan mkn sayur2 yg distim atau digoreng dgn myk zaitun..x pnh rs lg mknan yg dimasak dgn mnyk zaitun..aku jgak nk stat nk mkn oat biarpong tawor heber pong..hu3

Salam.

Ni sambungan topik di http://mforum2.cari.com.my/viewt ... &extra=page%3D1 ... Sori tak perasan dah ada topik menu sihat ni

Hari tu UWW bikin salad, letak olive oil, sedikit garam & lada hitam, then parutkan sedikit kulit lemon... YA ALLAH punyalah pahit!! Hubby kata maybe sbb daun salad tu yg pahit (daun dia ada warna unggu gelap), tapi UWW rasa maybe sbb kulit lemon tu... So next time around nak try guna hus lemon je la kan...

Mlm ni nak steam bayam bersama ayam. Konon2 ini lah resepinya (belum try lagi, baru nak try mlm ni). Plan UWW :

(a) Mula2 lumur ayam dalam 3 potong/ketul dgn bawang putih & garam sikit. Then kukus.

(b) Bila ayam dah masak baru masukkan sayur bayam. Sayur bayam tak masuk awal sbb nanti layu pulak.

(c) Bila sayur nak masak, keluarkan dari periuk kukus. Letak olive oil (skit shj) & tambah garam klu tak masin then gaulkan sayur & ayam tu.

Hahaha... entah mcmana la rupa sayur tu nanti... Harap berjaya masuk ke perut, bukan tong sampah

Next time omit the salt.  Use herbs instead such as parsely, thyme, Italian herbs......

I prefer salad with lots of different vegetables, eg. salad leaves, carrots (sliced thinly), zucchini, boiled eggs (sliced), croutons/nuts (either one because high in fat content), some protein (baked chicken/chicken ham/chicken stir-fry in olive oil).  For dressing : some olive oil, herbs, juice of lemon and cut chillies for added zing.

Next time try masak bayam with something else.  I prefer spinach with cendawan tiram, garlic, chillies and onions.  Or bayam tumis dgn ikan bilis.  Sup bayam pun okay juga with potatoes and carrots.  All these use very little oil only at the tumis part je.
