MERANCANG UTK DIET & MENU SIHAT

For those yg nk brdiet,thniah diucapkan sbb ade kesdran!i wanna share my xperince sket.i brdiet ni sbb nk dptkn bmi yg normal.bkn pe...tetb dpt seru.tkut trkna pape pnyakit kn.ehe.skg ni i da trun 20kg++ since bln 5 hanye dgn jg pemakanan.dlu rs cm mustahil je.tp dpt gk turun byk wpn x mkn jus mate.ahaha.tkut sket nk cube ubat2 ni.mayb care i ni amik ms tp mnjd.n now tgl 2kg lg utk dptkn bmi normal..ni diet yg i amlkn everyday:

pagi
minum 3 sudu oat + 3 sudu susu + kismis/biskut jacob

tghari
mkn buah (usually epal hijau)

ptg
mkn sayur yg direbus/dikukus (yg ni i make sure ada karbo,protein sume skali dlm 1 hdgn)
*mcm2 dh resepi sayur mngarut yg i dh cipta smnjk diet ni.kui2

mlm
dont eat!!!
wt aerobik sket dlm 20 minit(at least 3 times per week)
*exercise ni pn start rjin dlm bln 9.sblm tu mmg xdo.jg mkn je.mklum la trlmpau rjin kn.huk2

bnda2 ni je la yg i amlkn.skg ni kwn2 lm pn rmai yg da x knl i.diorg sume ckp i da lain.mayb la kot.hu2.mule2 mmg a bit hard nk diet ni.sometimes kt rs nk mkn something yg unhealthy cm cheese cake secret recipe.yum2.bkn x boleh, tp brpada2.sometimes we should give ourself a reward.bak kt kevin zahri..bosan la klu asik diet je.ehe.since brdiet,i rs alert pd evry bnda yg i mkn.kdg2 kalori pn nk kre.huhu.usually for adult kna amik dlm 1300kcal sehari.tp i amlkn diet 1000kcal or less(ala2 diet jus mate).tp kdg2 trbabas gk.huk2.but thats fine.brt tu trun gk.biar lmbt asl slmt...

so,4 those yg tgh brusaha diet,jom la kt brsm2 diet n jg ksihatan dri.aja!aja!fighting!nk dgr story korg lk psl diet ni.nk amik tips mn yg boleh.ehe

sy still ader stok brown rice.. brand jasmine. tp tak tahulah nape susah betul nk masuk dlm tekak nie.. ader rase jagung busuk pon yer..

im on a diet also
i've lost more than 50kgs
i suka masak kat rumah..

i tak suka masakan dull yang tak sedap..
im really a big eater. i love food.

seriously.im a big fan of oil and fat.

nak turunkan weight banyak2 bukannya senang, tambahan juga.. it took me years. i takkan ada rasa motivated kalau makanan i tak sedap dan tak berkhasiat.... yer ler.. takkan 7 tahun nak sihat makan ayam rebus.. ew.

i dont know. i prefer santan itself. i use reduced fat santan.sometime i use regular santan.
a lil bit will do.. read the serving size.. insya-Allah tak rosakan diet..

kekadang kita nie apa kes.. serving saiz tulis 2tbsp (Contoh), kita letak 1 cawan santan.. hahaha

i suka brown rice. tapi it doesnt do well with our asian food bagi pendapat i lah.. i penah makan ngan ikan bakar.. oh no..peliknya rasa.. i tak bole makan tuh. hahahah..  tapi for western ke, sangat sedap..   tapi western tak ada nyer makan nasi macam kita.. kita main meal rice.. diorang main meal..adalah steak/protein.. side dish mungkin rice...

i suka ponni rice. kalau for malaysian food..

i never skip meals and i eat dinners.
i makan 5-7 a day..
im doing well on 2000-2300 calories diet. i know it's high... dont u all worry.. im a fitness junkie. i walk all the time. everywhere..anywhere..


my menu would be..

breakfast

egg fritata + milk + fuyu persimmon.
coffee

lunch
ayam kari kapitan + sauteed vegetables.
i avoid rice (bukan sebab diet, im not a big fan of rice)..tapi i eat almost 5 cups of cooked vegetables in one sitting

dinner
chinese steamed fish + steamed bokchoi dengan sesame oil..  (5 bunches)

pre work out meal
natural peanut butter + sesame sprouted bread

post work out meal
flax seed oil in yogurt..

supper
cod liver oil
chicken fingers + blue cheese dressing
milk

senaman

i suka buat compound exercise
60 minutes of weight training x 3-4x a week
60 minute cardio 2-3 a week
long walk 1 jam daily...

hmm.. actually im a carbholic ngan carbjunkie. i cant eat too much carbs. kalau i makan carbs banyak2.. seperti nasi. i will end up consuming 6000 calories a day. tengahari saja boleh makan 6 cawan nasik = 1200 calories je utk nasik. tak campur lauk lagik. hehe

i notice if i add fat in my diet, i will eat less.
protein is a bit expensive.. and i bersyukur i tak makan banyak protein..  my lean body mass calculator  kata i should eat around 90g protein a day..

medical check up?
improve banyak!! doctor tanya i makan apa. i cakap i makan santan and oil.. terkejut dia. dia tanya how come ...   dia taya i makan brapa banyak calories.. i cakap tak tahu.. almost 2300 kot.. then doc tu terkejut lagi...   pastu  i cakap. i dont count calories. i count nutrition..

so far my daily meals dah meet nutrition reading standard.. i dont have to worry..


i muda2 lagi cholesterol tinggi
almost get diabetes
ada UTI..

all dah improve..

Fuyu Persimmon & Butter Bean Salad ngan dressing limau jintan

i will have this to boost my protein intake during my meat free day
bahan2:

1 fuyu persimmon / pisang kaki korea fuyu
1/3 cup butter beans  dalam tin..
3 cups green salad apa2

semua ni potong bit size..

dressing

1tbsp Serbuk jintan manis
1 tbsp olive oil
perahan lemon/limau nipis
salt

kacau2, dan campurkan dalam salad..toss the salad..

sup sayur simple...
panas kan air.. masukkan serbuk pati ikan bilis, bila mendidih masukkan sayur brokoli, kailan, dan fishcake.. tunggu sayur layu skit, done!

hari tu saya tengok channel 303 cerita pasal diet diet ni. diaorang study mcm mana org perancis semua kurus2, kat us 63 dari 100 org adalah obese tapi kat perancis cuma 9 out of 100. tapi org korea adalah orang yang majority nya kurus dalam dunia. so diaorang tengok mcm mana life kat perancis ni. conclusionnya ialah:

1. dari kecik budak2 kat sana dah di train minum plain water je. ramai tak prefer minum air gas.
2. diaorang appreciate time makan.  bila lunch diaorang mkn dgn relax usually 1.5 - 2 jam. lamaa tu. dia makan sambil berbual, makan slow2. dlm oprah, ada satu perempuan tu tulis buku "French Women Dont Get Fat" ada bagi tau, time dia makan, dia akan silentkan handphone/off kan, tak makan depan tv atau komputer. dia duduk, keadaan senyap dan makan perlahan2, sebab time ni lah dia berehat, tapi pada masa sama dia orang makan banyak.
yang penting ialah kita jangan makan gelojoh atau nak cepat, sunnah nabi, kita kena kunyah 30-40 kali ( lupa exactly berapa banyak) sebelum kita telan. yang saya perasan, ramai kawan2 saya yang makan lambat  ni, semua jenis kurus2.

4. ada satu perempuan tu, bagitau yang pukul 4 adalah time untuk snack. untuk budak2, dia akan bagi plain water + buah2 dulu, kalau lapar lagi baru bagi kek ke apa. sebab kata dia, kalau terus bagi makan kek utk minumpetang, nanti diaorang makan banyak, jadi dia start with buah dulu.

kata dia lagi, makan time pukul 4 ni penting, sebab bila dah makan, perut tak lapar sangat waktu dinner, jadi diaorang akan makan malam ddengan kuantiti yang sedikit.  

5. lagi satu, yang ni kita tak leh praktik kan la, diaorang minum wine selalu.....tak yang cerita la bab ni.

6. exercise. ramai yang suka exercise. yang ni pun tak yah cerita la, semua orang dah tau.

7. dia buat comparison study between french woman dgn sorang lagi perempuan yang struggle dgn berat dia yang penah buat lipo tapi badan dia tetap tak kurus. diaorang diberi makanan yang sama tapi direkodkan stress level bila time makan, keputusannya ialah, bila perempuan french tu makan, stress dia very low /  hampir tak de,dia pun ada bagitau makan adalah perkara yang menggembirakan dia. tapi sorang lagi tu, dia rasa stress sangat tengok makanan depan dia, dan stress level dia tinggi.

gitu la serba sedikit apa yang saya ingat bila tengok program tu. rasanya ada satu dua perkara yang kita boleh ikut utk jaga badan ni.

i masak sayur petola air; letak syr petola+carrot+tauhu+suhun+lada sulah skit...

then daging rebus+air asam witout belacan utk lunch nnt...

nmpk resepi2 diet dlm ni buat i smgt nak healthy food utk diet...slalu masak benda yg same jer smp bosan....last2 go back to old routine yg xsihat...

ada coach kat my gym kate makan cili buatkan area hip/punggung/peha susah nak turun..sifu die bgtau dia plus from her own experience...dulu die suke sgt mkn cili api...after 2 years stop mkn cili dia dah senang lose inches kat those areas la..but the main reason she lost weight is due to her exercise & healthy diet..bila quit cili ni buat dia senang nak lose inches jah...so now dia dah achieved her dream body...she takes chili in moderation...honestly, i tak sure how chilli effects our body la..i just share this info with uols..

10 biji strawberries makan sekali dengan 1 slice of slimbega cheese
or
1 tbsp of peanut butter (reduced sugar) with 1 slice of sprouted grained bread
