MERANCANG UTK DIET & MENU SIHAT

kalo  guys nk munch in..tp rs cm mkn biskut tu sinful..u guys can do this granola bar...(atau ade org panggil energy bar)...(taken from bodyrock.tv)

1 and 1/2 cup of nut meal (about 60g),
3 cups of oats (about 120 grams),
2 table spoons of honey,
1 small cup of coconut milk (ni i ubah buh susu low fat..mat saleh skng tgh franzy abt santan),
1/2 cup of shredded coconut(ni i tk buh since i dont like the taste of shredded coconut,
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon,
and 3 scoops of vanilla flavoured protein powder<--ini utk mereka yg nk upgradekan dis snack as hi protein bar(protein membuatkan kite feel more full)...protein powder mmg a bit pricey for 1 tub..tp u guys bole bli yg versi murah kt cosway, namanye bio protein..just add dat thing into ur mix and then jd geks!)

1.Nut meal is basically blended nuts. Just take two cups of mixed nuts and blend them in your food processor into a powder like nut “meal”.(tp i just buh kcng shantung tu...n tk blend since i like the taste of crunchiness)

2.Mix everything together in a bowl.

3.Spread the mixture into a non-stick baking sheet (small one) and bake it in the oven for about 15 – 20 minutes until the top is nicely brown.

diet..diet....dh gumuk sgt ni...tup tap naik sampai 5kg...tolong..puyut yg makin menjadi2...tolonggg

diet saya,
portion nasi sangat sedikit dah lebihkan makan beras perang.tapi kalau kat kedai belasah aje nasi putih tapi sesenduk rata sahaja.lepas tu ambil sayur banyak2 lebih setengah pinggan.pastu telur or ayam untuk protein.banyak munch kekacang,sayur(salad) & buah bila lapar.sesekali layan fast food bila rasa badan dah ringan sangat. jadikan salad or ulam sebagai teman baik  semasa makan.sure boleh kurus & sihat.

sedang cuba utk tak makan nasi..tadi lunch makan lauk aje.Pastu makan buah2...stok buah-buahan adalah wajib ada sekarang ni.

nasi bkn penyb kegemukkan..ape2 carbs...selaie nasi..even oat pun..kalo u amik berlebihan dr recomended for ur ideal weight..u bole gain weight

sb tu kene slalu ur daily recomended food..bole try check out kt cekodok.com...

tp kaedah kire kalori agak menyusahkan...n memeningkan..esp kalo kite g mkn kt kedai mkn..mane ade buh menu berserta kalori list dlm tu...

so kaedah mudah..control food from portion..use ur hand as guidance

die ikut calori kn if nak lose weight..maknenye amik makanan dari jumalah calori yang lagi kurang dari yang diperlukan

kalo nk lose weight...cal in < cal out..maksudnye..
ape yg masuk dlm mulut kite..harus laa lg sikit dr jumlah aktiviti harian kite

slalu nye utk wanita 20s above...the calorie harian would range somewhere btwn 1.2k - 2k...
dont hit to 1k only..sb tu akan rendahkan metabolism u guys..even mmg kite kene kurangkan our calorie intake..but dont below and at the 1k..i minta maaf kalo i ckp mende ni..most of supplement yg jual kt sana..drg ade bg meal plan to the customers, which is, i think the calorie is below 1k and bole menybkan metabolism kite hay wired sooner or later..

do love ur metabolism as we age, our metabolism will slow down and itu laa penyb nye kite mkin susah nk lose weigh..even kite dh cut off our food...so utk mereka yg still dlm 20s...jaga ur diet..jgn starve..eat well..wisely..
and most important..be active..

bab nasi tu..i dont against it..i do eat rice too..tp i choose brown rice instead as this rice is unprocessed one..choose food yg least process sb bdn kite lbey mudah nk recognize and easy to digest it...those processed foods are not easy for our stomach to digest..which will lead to some of problems...sembelit la...buasir laa..ape2 yg berkaitan ngn ailments and then..will also lead to weight gain too.

the key to have a healthy diet during purchasing our food stock..look upon those ingredients listed on the package..choose those that least ingredients...coz, the least ingredients it self, the nearer it to Mother(earth produced) and the faster our body can digest and use it as feul to energize our body..

and check out those 3 first listed ingredients as these are the key of telling u guys, either it's a good or not..normally. avoid those food that listed sugar(esp high corn fructose syrup) as their main 3 as this food surely manis and will add up some KGs too..

zillah pun diet jugak skrg ni.... seminggu g gym 6 hari... dlm masa 2 bln zillah da kurang 10kg.. zi ...

takde gula kut.. dah u kurangkan karbo mmg la.. dah tu u senam lak 6 hari.. senam byk tapi sumebr tenaga u kurangkan mmg rasa letih... cer la makan sikit nasi.. tapi lauk rebus2.. boleh turun jgk rasanya... sbb kalau kita dah senam... kena la kalori tu byk sikit.. ikut apa aktiviti yg u buat la... kalau berat, kena la tinggi sikit kalori ..

Gantikan nasi dengan bubur oat ... memang senang nak kurus .. tengok Amy mastura ... maintain je walaupun dah anak 2 ..  Aku suka masukkan udang kering dan sayuran ....
