Resipi2 berikut sebetulnya lebih kurang sama dgn resipi harian biasa cuma santannya sama ada digantikan dgn susu rendah lemak, soya bean drink tanpa gula atau kacang badam..begitu belacan ditiadakan dan diganti dgn ikan bilis, garam juga dikurangkan jadi sesuai untuk pengidap darah tinggi atau yg sedang berdiet untuk kesihatan..yg banyak feedback Laksa Milenna, banyak yg menggemari resipi tersebut..cubalah..

my uncle makan habatus sauda yg brand "hitam" klu tak salah, alhamdulliah! lepas habis 1 botol kalestrol dia kurang, sampai doctor tanya dia makan ubat ape? cuba la!

Recipe#1 - Mimosa Fruit Salad

Advantages: Low fat, Low calories, Low Sodium, Vitamin A/C with general nutricious
Makes: 16 servings



Ingredient: -
3 cups boiling water
2 pkg. (8-serving size each) JELL-O Brand Orange Flavor Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin
4 cups cold club soda
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin orange segments, drained
2 cups sliced strawberries

Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in club soda. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves definite impression).

Stir in oranges and strawberries. Pour into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.

Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Remove from loaf pan. Store leftover gelatin in refrigerator.

Tips: -
How to Unmold Gelatin
Dip mold in warm water for about 15 sec. Gently pull gelatin from around edge with moist fingers. Place moistened serving plate on top of mold. Invert plate and mold; holding mold and plate together, shaking slightly to loosen. Gently remove mold and center gelatin on plate.

Substitution
Substitute cold seltzer for the club soda.

Recipe#2 - Creamy Pasta Primavera

Advantages: Low fat, Low calories, Low Sodium and with general nutricious
Makes: 6 servings



Ingredient: -
8 oz. penne pasta, uncooked
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Light Zesty Italian Reduced Fat Dressing
1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch chunks
2 medium zucchini, cut into chunks (about 3 cups)
1-1/2 cups fresh asparagus pieces (1-inch pieces)
1 medium red pepper, chopped
1 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) Cheese, 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese
1/4 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese

Cookpasta as directed on package. Meanwhile, heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken and vegetables; cook 1 to 15 min. or until chicken is cooked through, stirring frequently.

Addbroth and Neufchatel cheese to same skillet. Cook on medium heat 1 min. or until cheese is melted, stirring constantly. Add Parmesan cheese; mix well.

Drainpasta, return to pot. Add chicken and vegetable mixture; toss lightly. Cook 1 min. or until heated through. (Sauce will thicken upon standing.)

Tips: -
Substitution
Prepare as directed, using any variety of whole wheat pasta.

Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives or basil.

Advantages: Low fat, Low calories, Protein, Vitamin A with general nutricious
Makes: 24 servings



Ingredient: -
2 cups KRAFT Ranch Dressing
1 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 pkg. (2.8 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Recipe Pieces
2 green onions, sliced

Mixall ingredients in large bowl; cover.

Refrigerateseveral hours or until chilled.
Servewith assorted cut-up vegetable dippers or chips.

Recipe#4 - Zesty Chicken & Pasta

Advantages: Low fat, Low sodium, Vitamin A/C with general nutricious
Makes: 6 servings



Ingredient: -
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 cup KRAFT Light House Italian Reduced Fat Dressing, divided
2 cups broccoli florets (about 1 small bunch)
1/2 cup thinly sliced onions (about 1 small)
1-1/4 cups chopped red peppers (about 1 large)
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 pkg. (8 oz.) pasta, cooked, drained
1/4 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese

Cookand stir chicken in 1/4 cup of the dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat 4 min. or until no longer pink.

Addbroccoli, onions, peppers and parsley; cook until tender, stirring occasionally.

Tosswith hot pasta and remaining 1/4 cup dressing. Sprinkle with cheese.

Tips: -
Substitution
Prepare as directed, substituting 1 lb. cleaned shrimp for chicken. Cook shrimp 2 min. in Step 1.

You can use your family's favorite pasta in this recipe, whether it's fettuccine, fusilli or spaghetti.

Recipe#5 - Cinnamon-Chocolate Pudding

Advantages: Low fat with general nutricious
Makes: 4 servings



Ingredient: -
2 cups cold fat free milk
1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Reduced Calorie Pudding & Pie Filling
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP Sugar Free Whipped Topping

Pour milk into medium bowl. Add dry pudding mix and cinnamon. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping.

Spoon evenly into four dessert dishes.

Serve immediately. Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Store leftover pudding in refrigerator.

Tips: -
Substitution
Prepare as directed, using COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping.

Hey u guys...actually these recipe are from internet....
But these are the short listed one....
And the most important is "they" are all low calories
so....suitable for every1 aspecially for dieter like us...

Recipe#6 - Rustic Chocolate-Cinnamon Bread Pudding

Advantages: Low fat, Low calories, Protein, Vitamin A with general nutricious
Makes: 8 servings



Ingredient: -
1/2 cup (1/2 of 8-oz. tub) PHILADELPHIA Light Cream Cheese Spread
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 large egg whites
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1-3/4 cups fat free milk
6 cups cubed whole wheat bread (6 to 8 slices)
2 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, coarsely chopped

Preheat oven to 350癋. Beat cream cheese spread and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add egg whites and cinnamon; mix well. Gradually add milk, mixing until well blended.

Place bread cubes in 8-inch square glass baking dish. Sprinkle chocolate over bread. Pour cream cheese spread mixture over bread mixture in dish.

Bake 30 to 35 min. or until set in center. Cool slightly; serve warm. Store leftover pudding in refrigerator.

Tips: -
Substitution
Serve with 1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping, if desired.
