Hey u guys...actually these recipe are from internet....
But these are the short listed one....
And the most important is "they" are all low calories
so....suitable for every1 aspecially for dieter like us...

Recipe#6 - Rustic Chocolate-Cinnamon Bread Pudding

Advantages: Low fat, Low calories, Protein, Vitamin A with general nutricious
Makes: 8 servings



Ingredient: -
1/2 cup (1/2 of 8-oz. tub) PHILADELPHIA Light Cream Cheese Spread
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 large egg whites
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1-3/4 cups fat free milk
6 cups cubed whole wheat bread (6 to 8 slices)
2 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, coarsely chopped

Preheat oven to 350F. Beat cream cheese spread and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add egg whites and cinnamon; mix well. Gradually add milk, mixing until well blended.

Place bread cubes in 8-inch square glass baking dish. Sprinkle chocolate over bread. Pour cream cheese spread mixture over bread mixture in dish.

Bake 30 to 35 min. or until set in center. Cool slightly; serve warm. Store leftover pudding in refrigerator.

Tips: -
Substitution
Serve with 1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping, if desired.

yummy..yummy..selalunya masak utk family ikut selera mereka...untuk I yg berdiet ni, last sekali..selalunya tak sempat nak buat canggih-canggih...apa yg I buat...
ambil alluminium foil..letak ikan (apa-apa ikan yg sedap dibakar), taburkan sikit lada sulah, sikit lada hitam, sos ikan, perah limau, tak payah letak garam sebab sos ikan dah masin, lepas tu bakar..makan, cicah dengan kicap campur dengan sos... simple kan!!!

kak liza...saya dulu macam tu gak...sebab kita nie kan suka masak kan!, kalau takat makan nasi sesudu tu, dah cuba..tapi susah sebab sekeliling kita banyak dugaan..tapi nak share laa cerita saya..bukan nak promo tapi real...saya nie, pernah gak ambil kelas kurus badan..so dari pengalaman..kalau kita tak boleh nak control makan, yakni nasi..toksahlaa habiskan duit...kelas tu sebenarnya hanya untuk trimkan bentuk badan ajer..kat sana dia suruh gak kita sekat makan..kalau belum bersedia, tak payah...sejak kakak saya rekomenkan susu kocak jenama **** (nak tahu pm saya)..since last dec saya tak lalu makan nasi..kalau termasuk sebutir tu dah boleh rasa, fobia, buang balik...tapi yg muncul ialah..sejak tu saya rajin masak..buat kek la..tapi bukannya saya makan..jiran2 laa yg kenyang ..kalau makan pun, sekadar jamah ajer..pas tu saya suka tgk buku @ majalah memasak..I ckp dengan hubby..tu tandanya I lapar, tapi bukan nak makan..kehidupan harian sekarang ni..nak senam pun dah rajin, bdn rasa cergas, makan pun sekadar alas perut..saya tak bergantung dgn susu tu ajer, sebab tips nye kena makan seimbang...tak boleh digunakan sebagai single meal...pagi-roti bakar, tgh-ikan bakar ke, sayur rebus ke, ayam rebus ke..selalunya oat ajer..petang dalam kul 5.30, dah start makan utk dinner...kuantiti lebih sikit sebab nak tahan sampai malam...selalunya macaroni sup @ pasta style mat salleh..air suam..berbotol-botol..sebab tulaa tak lapar kot...

tapi saya nie kategori maleh nk diet..main bedal aje apa yg ada depan mata...hehe...

chemp pun bukan jenis suka diet ni....tapi kalau dah naik badan....marathon makan sayur dan makan pedas......
tapi since selalu exercise juga, selalunya lepas exercise tu tak la lapar........

sebab suka cuba-cuba recipes ni, chemp sebolehnya cuba masa weekdays dan bawa office, jadi tak makan atau pun makan sikit saja......

SUP KAILAN DAN AYAM

BAHAN:
*kailan- potong suka suki
*garlic-tumbk
*halia-tumbuk
*ayam potong sederhana kecik
*daun ketumbar
*air
*black or white pepper-tumbuk
*garam gula to taste


*rebus ayam dgn garlic, black pepper dan halia sampai masak
*masukkan kailan dan tggu hingga kailan masak
*masukkan daun ketumbar dan adjust rasa..siap!

product tu nama dia RELIV....minum dia, letak 1 scoop, air 250ml, shake...tapi now dah tak bergantung sangat dengan susu nie...sebab dah boleh kawal...minum seminggu 2 kali ajer...bestnyer susu nie, dia buatkan kita start kawal makan...lepas tu you all...dah bolehlaa tinggalkan nasi..now I fobia nasi..lepas minum susu nie...minum air suam 500ml...tak sampai 1/2 jam, sure kita nak kencing..pas tu minum lagi air suam, proces tu akan berulang...tapi tak boleh bergantung sgt dengan susu nie, dlm instruction pun kata kena ambik makanan lain...so makan seimbang..ikan bakar ke, ayam bakar ke..sup sayur ke..since guna awal bulan 12, now almost 10kg dah reduce...

pastu.kalu nak masuk sayur pun bole..pastu last sekali tabur daun bawang & bawang goreng......rasa cam bubur ayam mc d pun ader!!hehehe..mmg menyelerakan...saya selalu  mkn cenggini..mmg kenyang dan senang berak!!!gu 4  your heath especially jantung anda!!cuba lah

kalau I, oat tu I beli yg kena masak...masukkan 5 scoop oat, 250ml fresh milk, 1tbsp milo, 1tbsp gula...senang ajer kan...selalu tulaa menu lunch I ...kalau tak letak apa-apa...tak boleh telan laaaa..

kalu mkn senggini saya tak bole masuk..rasa x sedap!!tapi kalu wat berlauk...mmg superbbb..satu mankuk besau pun bole abis!!!!!
