thanks ye kiki for your reply, doc i jumpa tu my panel doc company, i saja nak buat medical check on that day. dah lama try nak pregnant lagi tapi asyik tak jadi je. period pain ada juga kena. tak sangka ada cyst... risau sgt la. x boleh tidur malam. i punya cyst doc kata 4 cm. dia beri ubat. tapi i sedih sgt-sgt |

bulat risau gak... lepas bersalin perut membuncit tak ingat..
pas tu this month period pain lain macam...
sakit giler... hari nih rasa senak mcm ader bender sangkut tak mo kuat pulak...

The exact diagnosis of an Ovarian Cyst is made through ultrasound examination. Even when your abdomen is enlarged, we can only suspect that there is growth(benign or malignant), but unsure what is the actual growth. So u need an ultrasound to be 100% certain.
The cyst can be single(solitary) or multiple cysts.It can be benign(non-cancerous) or malignant(cancerous).
After surgical removal of the cyst(cystectomy), the sample from the cyst is sent to the lab for histopathological examination, to determine the nature of the cyst, either it's beningn or malignant. |

talking bout PCOS, my gynea bagi novynette (pil perancang) utk balancekan hormon..ada effect tak kalu i nak pregnant? coz my kakak2 neighbours nie larang i terus2 amik pil nie..dia kata ko nie dah le susah nak lekat..amik lak pil perancang..lagi susah karang... :stp:..cam no yo???
kengkadang terpk tul jugak..kan ke pil perancang tu nak rancang kelahiran..hu..hu...:cry: |

hai...still remember me, this morning go to gynea, doc scan lagi sekali, memang ada cyst or endro x sure lagi, doc ask me to do scan another 2 mths. Doc pesan to careful dgn those doc yg suka-suka suruh kita pi buat operation ke or anything else. Better pi gynea yg betul2 check kita. doc ask me to try pregnant. in my case he ask me to wait until 2 mths. nak tgk perkembangan the cyst / endro. but i still risau & takut amat sgt. period pain to off course memang ada when you detect ada cyst / endro. so kekwn semua ada yg nak share ke or suggest pergi gynea tempat lain. :hmm: |

Please take the Novynette accordingly. The non-contraceptive benefit of OCP is to regulate your hormone.
U have to understand in PCOS, there is hormonal imbalance + high level of testosterone, on top of the cyst of the ovary. That's why they called it a Syndrome= a collection of medical problems.
So, even without OCP like Novynette, VERY UNLIKELY U WILL GET PREGNANT.
The use of Novynette is temporarily. Once your hormone is stable(manifest by regular menstrual cycles or to be certain through blood sampling of Progesterone, Oestrogen, FSH,LH), then u will stop taking it. Then the chances for u to conceive is high.
Don't listen to your neighbour, your officemate, your bidan kampung that have no authority in treating PCOS.
Please don't mix up MODERN medicine and TRADITIONAL medicine/Myth. |

u gi gynae kat mana?... setau i, ada cyst yang dalam nyer air jer... ada cyst yang berlemak (dermoid)... kalo air tuh, leh kecut kot... tapi yg berlemak, tak kecut la... gynae u pi jumpa tuh takder suruh pi jumpa radiologist ke untuk confirmation on what type of cyst?
rasa nyer takder plak gynaes yang suka2 suruh buat operation kot. Wallahualam  |

Lepas operate ari tu still lagi maintain pegi melawat doc....dah buat sekali lagi IUI ari tu...fail juga...sekarang ni tengah kumpul duit untuk buat IVF....so far, alhamdulillah...sedang tunggu period bulan 12 ni...nak pegi melawat doc coz bulan pose ari tu stop treatment....sekarang ni sedang makan Biodex..hehehhe...coz tertarik dgn testimony ramai yang mengandung lepas makan biodex...untuk meningkatkan kesuburan....entahle...insyaallah...tuhan akan bagi rezeki yang dinanti tu...cuma tak tahu bila lagi...kita kenalah berusaha...dan berdoa sentiasa.... |

Another question, actually Alia dah 2x miscarriage, both 6 weeks..2005 & 2006.. kenapa ye?my gynea kata my womb ok, tak de masalah..kadang2 alia takut jadi lagi sekali cam tu..fobia sangat..selalu termimpi2 sal baby..2x miscarriage and my hubby was not around.. suffer sangat |

Hmmm...according 2 gynae leh pecah..depends cyst type...mcm sy demoid cyst kalu pecah bertambh susahlah keja utk remove..luckylah my cyst x kanser.. |

2X miscarriage..should consider cervical incompetence(pangkal rahim tak kuat). Usually in this case u have to be inserted with cervical cerclage(rounded, ring-like apparatus) to holdthe incompetence cervix.
3X or more, should justify whether u have any connective tissue disease(these need through investigations, and to name sone connective tissue diz such as SLE, RA,)
Women with connective tissue diz have problem to conceive, and in early pregnancy, high risk of abortion. |

...eerrr...yang aku tau...cervical cerclage is just simply stitching the cervix...takde insert ring-like apparatus yang macam ring pessary tu...
...the gynae just make a purse string like suture to hold the cervix...suture yang dorang used pon thicker...and usually...this stitch dorang akan bukak when the pregnancy reaches about 37 weeks...
...there are few types of cerclages lerrr...tapi...yang the most commonly done is the mcdonald stitch... |

whatever the case, memang ler bahaya sebab the cyst boleh rupture or jadik torsion (simpul) and break off... rupture can cause toxicity (betul ker ejaan aku nih?)... also may affect your tubes or ovaries... pastuh kalau nak pregnant/ tgh pregnant, takut menghalang tumbesaran baby plak... gynae aku cakap la...
