Bestnye. Tahniah. I belum 1bulan lagi tapi dah nampak susut sikit. Susah jugak mula2 nak cut air manis. Skrg dah ok, minum air masak je. Dah boleh skip breakfast, tidak pagi² cari nasi lemak.

inshaallah boleh u. paling penting disiplin sebab masa 2-3 minggu pertama memang penat jugak la paksa diri exercise 15 minit pagi & petang setiap hari.

I ols pon gemok, punyalah payah nak diet sbb xtahan tgk makanan sedap2...last2 i olls puasa je...tu je yg mampu buat i  olls menahan nafsu makan

Iols ni dah nak masuk kategori overweight ni coz my BMI ngam2 24.0

BMI Categories:
Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5–24.9
Overweight = 25–29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater


Help help… iols mmg tak makan sgt, bfast makan roti sekeping dua atau nestum jer with segelas kopi ( letak stevia, tak suka kopi tawar). Lunch mmg tak makan sbb still kenyang, petang baru makan ringan2, malam mmg tak makan lgsg, klu lapar sgt, iols minum nestum,exercise jarang2, cuma weekend baru iols makan nasi atau makanan manis, my cheating days. tapi still berat susah nak turun. Iols rasa faktor umur kot, sah 40s… huhuhuh tolong nasihat, camne nak turunkan lagi berat ni, skrg dah cecah 60kg … adoiii

OMG sikitnya u makan..
Me ollss BMI 26 lagi byk dari u....tapi i makan byk hahah thn ni tak kuat nak catu makan sebab keje stress..i taknak bebankan lagi problem tu.
I buat IF tipu tipu...cthya last meal pkl 8mlm..esok pkl 1 lunch hr makan nasi +vege +protein+secawan nescafe (tak healthy pun sebab tea lady ofis yg bancuh offcoz susu tin)

Teatime seketul kuih atau kopok kawan2 share + secawan nescafe ofis.
Dinner kdg makan kdg tak...ini pun tak tentu kdg nasi jugak.
See yaaa i makan byk dari u

Tak reti nak help help ahhaha
Hampeh kan me ollsss

Iols BMI 25. Dah statik dah berat..metabolisme makin berkurang..

i ada kawan macam ni, kurang makan tapi badan lagi besar. i perasan walaupun dia makan sikit tapi dia suka makan kudap and jarang exercise. contoh bila keluar kawan i yang lain akan ambil nasi ke mee, jadi for drinks mereka akan order air suam / limau sebab tak nak muak. kawan i yang tu kan, akan ambil keropok lekor je tapi air teh beng.
kalau nak tanya tips kan, pada i memang lah exercise je you.

BMI i skang dah 19.5 (49 -50kg)... lepas balik travel.. masa travel i dgn husband menapak 20-25 km per day... mmg mcm half marathon terus every day...

Biasa BMI i 20, dulu senang cecah 21 (55kg)..  i notice i cepat cecah 21 BMI or 55 kg tu bila i makan manis.... kek, air manis...

Controlled my body weight dengan

1. Regular exercise  (3x seminggu)
2. Jaga makan balance protein, fibre and carbo, elak jajan, biasa amek full meal 3X sehari
3. Minum cukup air kosong
4. Supplements cukup (habbatus sauda, vitamin, fish oil,  probiotics, maca root utk regulate hormon)

Takde extravagant diet or anything yang i buat

Been maintaining my weight sekitar 50-55 kg sahaja sejak 2011... masa preggy je i cecah 68 kg masa dah sarat 9 bulan.. lepas pantang turun balik 55-58 kg..

I tinggi 161 cm


Yang penting consistent.. jangan biar naik banyak sangat..

auto teringat acik zaini complain psl paha melimpah masa attend fashion week. dia x de ruang utk dia duduk la sbb kena kepit dgn acik berat lebih 60kg
