Sea salt pun very good sue. Masa kat US aritu i beli byk organic spices n herbs kat wholefoods. Berat hah bawak balik

Ialah kat Wholefoods store tu pun bukan murah hah!
Aritu kat sini 500gms of organic tepong beras was $11. Giler babeng mahal! Den letak n then balik umah just blend my own organic rice to jadikan floor, kasar cket but boleh lah!

I ad VITAMIX blender can blend wet and dry so memang senang nak buat sendiri oso can make peanut butter sendiri kalau rajin but i mostly buat smoothies |

Tu lah kan n with all mcd, kfc n all fast foods outlets yg tumbuh mcm cendawan n murah2 so kita pun dah terikut2. Erm...i dah 20 tahun change my eatings habit.

Walmart serabut you i pun pergi walmart if i really have to go. I love TJMAXX brg semua murah boleh beli brg dapur pinggan mangkuk bagai for cheap prices .

I ajar dia makan healthy foods sejak dia baby ok. Umor dia 2 tahun baru i bagi makan coklat n sweets, umor setahun baru makan telor n letak garam cket dlm her foods.
Her baby foods dulu sumer buat sendiri n i cari organics too sampai kawan2 soh i buat buku for baby foods. I start being creative about foods ever since ada anak. Mcm seronok jer khen bila tengok anak enjoy makan.

Wah good2 ramai weols ambil healty food. Sama lah, I pun tak minat sgt ayam, kfc tu once in a blue moon jer masuk. I lebih ke ikan. I pun selalu oat, pepaya, apple(I suka SA spple) crunchy. |
