Pesara menang RM11.8 juta jackpot

PETALING JAYA: It was an early retirement gift for a lucky Sarawakian as he won the Sports Toto's 4D Jackpot 1 amounting to RM11.8 million in the Sept 7 draw.
Other than the total RM11.8 million prize, he also won RM1,680 from 10 sets of the 3rd prize as the winning ticket was a System 7 ticket.
The 53-year-old breadwinner with three children who are still studying, has been playing the Toto 4D and Toto 6D games for the past three years but the Toto 4D Jackpot only caught his interest recently.
His winning numbers – "5392 and 8132" were the last 4 digits of his family members' mobile phone numbers, which he has been betting since the day he started playing Toto.
"I found out about the good news on Monday (Sept 8) from the newspapers, so I called my daughter immediately to confirm her mobile phone number and went home to check my ticket again.
"I spend around RM100 per bet and I more on the weekend draws. I was very excited to find out that I actually 'hit the jackpot' and my daughter was the first person whom I shared the good news with," he said after collecting his prize at the Sports Toto head office in Kuala Lumpur.
The newly-minted millionaire added that the prize came right on time as he could now settle his housing loan and get a new car.
The rest of the prize money would be used for his children's education expenses and charity purposes.
Another lucky winner from Sabah also won RM5.9 million in the Toto 4D Jackpot 1 on Aug 5.
The Sabahan, a self-employed financial consultant in his 50s, planned to use the money for his children's education, investment, charity and to buy a new house for his family.

Katanya charity begins at home..... . Tapi kalau nak share ke jalan Allah jugak, buboh jer dalam envelope putih sikit dan bagi jer kat Setia Usaha Agong PAS, Tn. Haji Mustafa "I'm cummingggg arrrrrrgh" Ali.
