Harta karun Nazi yang hilang ketika akhir perang dunia kedua telah ditemui oleh pencari harta karun, disimpan didalam gerabak keretapi yang disembunyikan. 150 meter panjang keretapi itu didakwa dipenuhi emas,permata, dan senjata api, emas sahaja 300 tan. Ditemui di Poland di bandar Walbrzych sangat hampir dengan bandar Wroclaw iaitu bandar terakhir apabila tentera Soviet mara pada tahun 1945.

Nazi gold train could contain lost Amber Room of Charlottenburg Palace

Last week headlines were made around the world as treasure hunters claimed to have identified a legendary Nazi train packed with gold and money, hidden in a long-forgotten tunnel in the Polish mountains, the location of which has now been confirmed by the Polish Ministry. Now it has been reported that the train may also contain the long-lost Amber Room of Charlottenburg Palace, an early 1700s room crafted from amber, gold, and precious jewels, estimated to now be worth $385 million.

Poland’s Culture Ministry announced that the location of the Nazi train was revealed to a Pole and a German, whose identities have been kept secret, through a deathbed confession. The Telegraph reported that two treasure-hunters found the 100-meter-long armoured train and immediately submitted a claim to the Polish government – under Polish law treasure findings can keep 10 per cent of the value of their find. The Polish Ministry have now confirmed the location of the train using ground-penetrating radar.

The train is said to be located in an underground tunnel constructed by the Nazis along a 4km stretch of track on the Wroclaw-Walbryzch line. However, its exact location is being kept hidden, not least because it is believed to be booby trapped or mined and will need to be investigated through a careful operation conducted by the Army, Police and Fire Brigade

belum pasti, banyak pihak menuntut hak ke atas harta karun itu. Termasuk si pencari harta karun itu, through death bed confession, maksudnya si pencari harta karun dah dekat nak mati baru nak dedahkan lokasi, itu pun minta 5% dari harta tu. Bangsa yahudi pun menuntut juga kerana emas dan berlian itu dirampas dari kaum yahudi sebelum kaum yahudi dibunuh.

Men who say they found Nazi treasure train reveal new details

On Friday, Polish soldiers from a de-mining unit examine a wooded site near Walbrzych where two treasure-hunters claim to have located a Nazi train believed to be laden with gold and weapons.

Two men who claim to have located a Nazi train laden with treasure that reportedly went missing in the last days of World War II came forward Friday in a Polish television interview and disclosed new details of their alleged feat.

Andreas Richter, a German, and Polish citizen Piotr Koper appeared on TVP-Info, identifying themselves for the first time as the men whose lawyer last month contacted authorities in Lower Silesia with an offer to guide them to the train in exchange for 10% of the value of its cargo.

"We have legally informed state authorities about the find and have precisely indicated the location in the presence of Walbrzych authorities and the police," Koper said. "We have irrefutable proof of its existence."

As the men made their appearance on television, Polish soldiers from a sapper unit were seen combing a forested area near the rail line into Walbrzych from Wroclaw, the regional capital that was known as Breslau and part of Germany before the Nazi defeat in 1945.

Polish Defense Minister Tomasz Siemoniak said Thursday that a military reconnaissance team will survey the site after the de-mining team's visual inspection of the area, TheNews.pl website reported.

Police have cordoned off the area to keep back the swarm of treasure-hunters who have descended on Lower Silesia since word of the purported discovery came out in mid-August.

Richter and Koper located the train by using their "own resources, eyewitness testimony and our own equipment and skills," the men said in a statement read by Koper.

Polish Deputy Culture Minister Piotr Zuchowski disclosed at a news conference a week ago that the men had been guided to the train's location by a death-bed confession from a man who had been involved in hiding the train from advancing Soviet troops in early 1945.

Legend holds that the train was loaded with looted gold, jewels, artworks and weapons that the Nazis were trying to evacuate out of Breslau to more secure German territory to the west. Breslau and the rest of Lower Silesia was overrun by the Soviet Red Army in the spring of 1945 as the Allies closed in on Berlin from east and west.

Richter and Koper said the train wasn't found in an abandoned tunnel, as previously reported. It is buried under the ground near the rail line, the men said.

They also proposed making the train a local tourist attraction once it is unearthed and its cargo recovered.

WARSAW // Two men appeared on Polish TV on Friday saying they are the finders of a Nazi train said to be laden with gold — a claim that came as the Polish military inspected the alleged site in south-west Poland.

Identifying themselves as Andreas Richter and Piotr Koper, the men appeared on TVP.INFO.

Authorities in the south-west city of Walbrzych said last month that two men had contacted them through lawyers claiming they had found an armoured train that possibly contains valuables and weapons. The report sparked a gold rush around Walbrzych, where tales have circulated since World War II that the Nazis hid a train full of gold from the Soviet Army in early 1945.

“As the finders of a World War II armoured train, we, Andreas Richter and Piotr Koper, declare that we have legally informed state authorities about the find and have precisely indicated the location in the presence of Walbrzych authorities and the police,” Mr Koper said, reading a statement on TV with Mr Richter sitting at his side. “We have irrefutable proof of its existence.”

Their knowledge is based on information from witnesses and on their own research, carried out with their own equipment, Mr Koper said in his statement.

TVP.INFO said the train is not in a tunnel, as previously believed, but buried in the ground. Mr Koper said the two men are ready to cover the costs of the train’s retrieval and want it to become a local tourist attraction.

TV cameras on Friday showed Polish military officials checking the purported site in the woods, which police are patrolling to keep the swarms of treasure hunters from digging up.

Jews Demand Nazi Train Treasure Be Returned

Any valuables found on a Nazi train buried in Poland since World War Two must be returned to their rightful owners, the World Jewish Congress said on Friday.

“To the extent that any items now being discovered in Poland may have been stolen from Jews before they were sent to death … it is essential that every measure is taken to return the property to its rightful owners or to their heirs,” WJC head Robert Singer said in a statement issued in New York.
