kalau korang nk diet xmakan nasik tp takut x tahan, try start dengan puasa dlu.. bila puasa ni otometik kurang lapar. xpayah shur beriya.. tapi masa sahur tu paksa minum air sebotol besar mineral kasi habis.. siangnya xlapar kalau air cukup..
bila dh biasa puasa perut x meragam dh bila kurang makan.. |

best nye tgk org dpt turun kan berat bdn....sy pon teringin nak turunkan lg berat bdn ni....tp still menyusu badan...kerap lapar plak....lpas pantang aritu berat da turun 13kg...masa mengandung berat naik 12kg...sekarang ni tatau laa da turun or naik berat sy...huhuuhuh |

tak payah puasa or berlapar utk kurus. itu cara lama. kalau kenal kalori maka boleh makan banyak2 & kenyang sepanjang masa, yg best tu tiap2 bulan turun 5 kilo.

-telur rebus putih sahaja = 20 cal

kalo ikotkan, perlu mcm table kat bawah nih.
Me try yg ni baru masuk dua hari.kat blog sape ntah.15mins only.berpeluh2.arini me part time pindah2 brg satu company nie.kemas2.nak jalan pun sakit kaki peha lutut adodoiii.dah la kena turun naik tangga.tapi blogger ni cakap dia try buat balik sbb dia rasa peha dia da start bergesel so dia nak kecikkan.lepas 4ari da takde gesel2.sbb tu meols gigih jua menerai huhuhu |

xsmua body sama. aku kalau nk trun kan badan mmg kena skip nasik trs, ganti dgn bnda lain xpe .. dh test .. diet kena paham body sendri.. oat2 ni smua xsesuai utk aku.. yg pntg nasik kena skip... sbb tu aku sesuai bt atkins.

Ikut meal plan yang diberi.
Buat 3 hari untuk 1 minggu.
Elak makan makanan yang mengandungi gmo makan makanan organic.
Plain water replace dengan infused waters
Exercise i cuma swimming dalam 30 mins sehari kadang kadang tertinggal juga |

Rasa tea tak sesuai sebab kalau saya minum all kind of tea akan sembelit. U cuba try coffee. Biasakan diri minum citrusy infused water |
