i ols baru diet atkins sehari esok  ...

U try dulu for 1 week mostly at 1st week pun u boleh see the result, before and after diet u timbang berat. Diet atkin i baru tahu dari thread ni

Yes supposed 3 days in any days a week tapi i  buat for 5 days a week.rest a day in a week i makan ...

Thank you. I can see that the diet is doable. Memang sekarang pun I run on the treadmill for 45 mins. Tapi, diet memang ke laut hehehe

sy nak ucap terima kasih kat seseorang sebab bagi semangat kat saya kuruskan badan

tapi sekarang tiada lgi kata2 semangat, sy akan turunkan berat lagi mungkin sampai 40 kg

DAY 1:Breakfast


1/2 Grapefruit
1 Slice of Toast
2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter
1 cup Coffee or Tea (with caffeine)

Lunch


1/2 Cup of Tuna
1 Slice of Toast
1 cup Coffee or Tea (with caffeine)

Dinner


3 ounces of any type of meat
1 cup of green beans
1/2 banana
1 small apple
1 cup of vanilla ice cream

DAY 2Breakfast


1 egg
1 slice of toast
1/2 banana

Lunch


1 cup of cottage cheese
1 hard boiled egg
5 saltine crackers

Dinner


2 hot dogs (without bun)
1 cup of broccoli
1/2 cup of carrots
1/2 banana
1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream

DAY 3Breakfast


5 saltine crackers
1 slice of cheddar cheese
1 small apple

Lunch


1 hard boiled egg (or cooked however you like)
1 slice of toast

Dinner


1 cup of tuna
1/2 banana
1 cup of vanilla ice cream

Ai kalau dengar lagu dangdut, hanya bahunya aja yang goyang. Kalau cycling, selalu ai buat 30minit ...

sama2..trima kasih ucapan kamu..ya masing2 punya senaman sendri kan..ada yang suka berlari, berbeskal, menari..apa-pun janji kluar peluh..badan rasa ringan aja.
