Dua hari ni aku joging dan diet mcm aku ckp tadi... turun 500g per day... nak surprised boifren aku yg akan kembali ke kL hujung bulan ni

Iols pernah pi talk Kevin Zahri, dia pun discourage tinggalkan nasi. Kalau makan nasi, yang jangan melantak macam tak de hari esok. Dia kata,makan nasi segenggam je.

Good for you...noor pun dah gumuks. ..la ni.51kg...hari tu 54kg..hehe..dolu dolu 46kg jah....tp 46 kurus ahh...nak menten 49..50kg..lawa dah mcm ni...haha. .

iols dah 45 kg mungkin nak ke 42 kg nak jadi ala2 model anorexia yg tinggal tulang

152cm ja. Setakat 48kg. Belum kurus lagi u. U berat, tinggi berapa? Ada amalkan apa2 diet?
