Iols mkn nasi msa lunch je....bfast nasi lemak semggu skali, dinner mkn roti or kuih or kokokrunch+susu....puasa sehari dlm semnggu... Ini sume kerana saiz sluar naik 2 inci..xgmuk pn lg...tp mood xleh terima knyataan je

Tahniah kaka faezah. Nk share..BMI I menten sbb amalkan mkn nasi sikit sesudu..waktu pagi.. amik nasi sikit, lauk mcm ikan, ayam n sayur lebih skit..Tghari kdg2 mkn kerepek pisang je sbb x sempat mkn..   kdg2 mkn kuih pau. Haha. Balik rmh.. kdg2 mkn biskut n milo.. mkn sebelum jam 8. Kdg2 mkn roti n carrot. Tp x elak bila mak msk sedap2, amik sikit! Jgn melantak. Nabi kan ada ajar. Tapi waktu2 nk haid mmg napsu mkn tinggi.  Masa ni pandai kontrol la.. tu rutin i..tapi sebenarnya i x tolak pn klu diajak kluar mkn nasi briyani ke..pizza ke..kfc ke.. roti canai ke..yg goreng2 smua.. cuma kira dlm msa seminggu u dah amik mknn byk lemak bpa kali. Bila mkn jgn la melantak semua..amik sikit2. Rasa nikmat makan.  Tu je. Minum air byk.. elak minum manis .. mkn kat kedai oder air biasa n i mmg byk mnum air biasa. Cola pepsi smua.. mmg totally no no.

Xtau lah kan tapi mungkin juga kurangkan makan sebenar ada kebaikkan pada sel dalam badan tp xcukup research nak back up.ada satu mamat ni diabetic dia try mkn 500 cal selama 11 hari ke 11 minggu terus.ok dah diabetis beliyau

Yup...sepatutnya makan ikut keperluan badan tapi kita selalu makan ikut nafsu..nafsu kan tak pernah puas. Over supply.. Especially manis2 sedap2 belaka..
Kita perlukan glukos untuk tenaga tetapi jika berlebihan tersimpan pada fat cell tanpa digunakan, maka obes lah jadinya.

I ada ikut military diet for 3 months suppose buat untuk 3 days a week but now bila makan perut rasa bloated jadi malas nak makan

agaknya 1 loft bread tu da sama dgn meal lengkap sehari...xpun 2 hari tp kalau roti wholemeal tu lain la...

dari makan roti better nasi.. nk diet ...roti putih paling menyukarkan penurunan berat badan.
