Dah lamer aku tilik mamat ni... Sah! Memang Tom Morello dari band Rage Against The Machine yang sudah dibubarkan tu... Lagi satu aku cam dia ni dia punya sound instrument... Memang hebatlah sound dia... Gorengan dia sungguh advance dan futuristik!

Aku tak suka lagu LIKE A STONE ... lagu-lagu lain lagi best .. sound like Led Zeppelin and early Rush albums.

but think ratm n audioslave sounds different..not bcoz of their frontman alone..i think ,ratm has more funky bassline..n their song s ader byk unsur politik..i think i like ratm more than audioslave..but both are good..

rasanya third single diorang dah keluar kat mtv/channel[v]..tapi tak perasan lak tajuk dia..baru tengok sekali je vc dia..sekali dengar tu boleh tahan gak lagu dia...

of course ratm and audioslve is different. chris mana boleh nyanyi macam zack. zack pulak banyak mengetengahkan unsur unsur humanitarian, esp pasal perjuangan zapastita. dan aku rasa chris takkan buat cam zack bila kat atas pentas: macam spring!

one prominent thing about tom morello. semua bunyi gitar dia tu dia buat sendiri pakai gitar dia, takde intervention dgn instrument/org lain. sbb tu ratm main kat pentas bunyi sama dgn kat luar. aku pernah tengok ratm main kat pentas, superb!!!

tue la pasal...gua tengah layan dgr muzik dia...tetiba kluar sore singer dia yg slow..ala..potong tul la..gua harapkan sore zach...tapi..ape2 pun..muzik diorg mmg besh....especially tom.

aku lebih minat pada tom morello punye gorengan pisang panas gitar die tu, sejak dari ratm lagi... very different & unique....

zach tengah buat album solo, kalau tak salah. bila keluar, tak pastile. chris cornell dulu ada buat side project dgn mainly mother love bone & pearl jam members, temple of the dog.

for me, audioslave tu unik, combination macam ratm & soundgarden. kalau dengar bebetul, tom morello still maintain gitar dia, and chris cornell masih menjerit lagi macam kat soundgarden!

i like the sounds of morello's guitar..cool
but i don't think he is one of the best guitarist kalo nak di compare ngan masters like van halen n jimmy page..
he's great bcoz he's got buiilt in effcts in his guitar..make it sounds like turn table

Aku start dengar Chris Cornel ni masa zaman satu filem cult yang cukup famous awal 90'an dulu bertajuk SINGLES ... filem yang bersuasanakan muzik grunge di Seattle ... dalam filem tu ada live performance oleh ALICE IN CHAINS dan SOUNDGARDEN ... PEARL JAM pun ada dalam filem tu, cuma cameo roles jer.

Anybody knows what's Kim Thayil (guitarist Soundgarden) doing now?

achehand, nak kata serpih tak jugak. tapi they all ni suka sgt buat side project, but maintain the actual band. saje saje nak tukar selera.. macam mother love bone tu ramai dari group pearl jam.

Audioslave ni OK gak...pasal aku pun minat ngan Tom Morello tu...memang best gilo aa mamat ni....sore Chris Cornell pun best gak....aku kenal dia bila aku dengar Audioslave jek...sebelum ni tak tau pon....

aku lagi suka RATM..mmg humanitarian ah..ahakzz.......isk aku tak tau nape Zach dah kuar & RATM dibubarkan? leh sesapa bagitau?
