chem..joint ler cf kat subang parade tu.leh la kite together2..momi pn baru register kat ctu tap blm start lg..register je dulu barukan..rasenye cf lebih murah dr tr..coz momi dh p cek kat dua dua tempat ni

kena consistent...at lest satu minggu kena pergi 3 kali..
5 kali semunggu  dan 2 jam setiap session lagi elok..

make sure, but cardio sekurang2 nya 3 minute atau at lest 3km..
Lps tu, buat sit upo banyak banyak untuk abs..

saya boleh kurus pi gym, turun lebih 10kg...
Ini gambat tahun lps, sekarang lagi slim,...

cerita la ko nye exercise routine..
dari mula ko masuk gym, apa ko buat dulu.. warm up berapa minit.. cardio (lari/jalan/nek beskal) berapa minit.. berapa incline, heart rate ngan speednye .. weight training berapa minit.. apa yang ko buat masa weight training etc2..

Bila kena puji dengan pompuan....bersemangat lagi  nak pi gym  ni....

Tak yah suruh gemukkan ..suruh dia pi gym, body dia cantik mesti keras dan berketul..
Kalau masih kurus sangat, suruh  ambik weight gain,..dr USA..bukan macam weight gain kat ikaln tv
Yang ni utk body builder..
Once dah ok...U boleh gosok gosok the whole  body dia.....mesti U suka....

Celebrity fitness ade kt subang parade eh?
Macam ok gak..coz nk register kan my kid kt tumble tots..sementara tu blh mama dia bersenam kt CF...

I punya exersice sesuai utk lelaki...
lari cardia 30 minute..speed 10. incline 2-3...and then atleast larian mesti 3KM and above...

Lps tu main dumbell, 30 minute..dulu angkat ringan ringan 20Kg sekarang..at least 30Kg

Lps tu sit up, pelbagai position, at least 200 kali...

and then, take care my leg. peha, and dll..


Dah penat rileks jap....masuk sauna 5 -10 min..los tu mandi...and balik...
biasanya hampir 2 jam.... kat Clark Hatch Hilton Sentral Kl

tak larat nak menggosok dah, apa pon berat hubby aku naek sikit iaitu kekal 60kg, before kawen 58kg.. naek kat perut

masa masih gumuk dulu try pilate

haduh terasa cam ikan paus je terkontang kanting
dah laa pilate nih banyak guna otot perut
pergi satu session jek

pastuh tukar main treadmill ngan elliptical balik

i rasa klu nak kuruskan n shape your body... for the first one month..bbaik hire trainer... n buat religiously... pastu nak maintain blh buat yg mcm biasa

mak aii.. sit up smpi 200 kali..patutlah macho... ini x boleh jadi...mesti cuba..kalau tak smpi 200, 100 pun ok lah ye..

bersenam utk jantung..( jantung- bawa darah ke seluruh badan)

kalau merokok kan melibatkan paru-paru..(paru2- menukarkan darah ter deoksigen( x ada oksigen) kepada
darah beroksigen)..
