CAMERON Diaz is facing a grilling from boyfriend Justin Timberlake -- after she was photographed in a passionate clinch with a married man! The National Enquirer caught Cameron kissing MTV producer Shane Nickerson, 33, in the bushes outside a sound studio in Santa Monica, California.
And the world exclusive pictures of the encounter are splashed all over the latest issue of the National Enquirer, which goes on sale today.
The tryst -- in broad daylight on a busy sidewalk -- was revealed as the 32-year-old Charlie's Angels star and singer Justin, 24, were denying reports they were getting hitched in a secret South of France wedding.
The National Enquirer publishes 25 exclusive photos of the pair together. Nickerson is the supervising producer on Cameron's MTV adventure show "Trippin" and is married with a one-year-old daughter.
"I was surprised they would stand there in public on the sidewalk, kissing like there was no tomorrow," said photographer Oscar Duran, who witnessed the May 4 smooching session. This revelation and others about their behavior, exclusively in the National Enquirer, is certain to throw the future of one of Hollywood's most famous couples into doubt.
Cameron's publicist told the National Enquirer that the actress and her producer "do not have any sort of romantic relationship whatsoever."

Diaz's Tabloid Trouble
An angry Cameron Diaz is hitting back at a National Enquirer cover story that claims she's been "caught cheating" on Justin Timberlake, her boyfriend of two years.
The latest issue of the tab crows that it has "25 photos that will shock you," including some supposedly showing Diaz sharing "hot kisses" with a guy named Shane Nickerson, who's a producer on her MTV enviro-travel series "Trippin'."
"They were really going at it -- making out big time," the shutterbug who snapped the pics contends to the Enquirer. "... There they stood, kissing passionately for a good three minutes."
Now, you'd think that since the purported prolonged smooching occurred, as the magazine says, "in broad daylight" on a busy sidewalk, the paparazzo would have been able to capture at least one really incriminating image.
Think again. Sure, there appears to be a bit of friendly hugging taking place, but definitive lip-on-lip action? Nope. The most "shocking" photo in the spread shows Nickerson scratching his nose.
Diaz's overworked rep, who last week dismissed rumors that the actress, 32, was about to tie the knot with Timberlake in France, adamantly denies there's anything untoward going on.
"Shane Nickerson is a friend and associate of Cameron's who works with her on her MTV show, 'Trippin'," the mouthpiece tells MSN Entertainment. "They do not have any sort of romantic relationship whatsoever."
Diaz is already gearing up for legal action, with her lawyer telling the AP that libel proceedings will soon begin against the London Sun over its story titled "Cameron's Sneaky Snog."
Nickerson has also come out swinging against the allegations. On his Web site, he details how an Enquirer reporter came to his door and questioned him in front of his wife and 1-year-old daughter -- on Mother's Day.
"The thing is, [my wife and I] joked about something like this when I started this job," he recounts. "Now that our 'joke scenario' was actually happening, it wasn't quite as funny."
Still, he says his wife wasn't worried he'd been unfaithful with the "Charlie's Angels" bombshell. In fact, she laughed it off (seriously dude, she's a keeper).
"It's such a ludicrous story that there was never a moment from her of 'Is this true?'" Nickerson says of his ultra-secure spouse. "In fact, I told my wife, 'One of the reasons this is so stupid is because you know that if I was hooking up with [Cameron] you'd have been the first one I high-fived.' She laughed because she knows me.
If the National Enquirer knew me at all, they'd have saved whatever money they paid for this supposed picture."
Concludes the steamed producer, "To the people at National Enquirer that decided Mother's Day was a good day to invade my life and create this week's lie: I don't know how you sleep at night. Your work is shameful and evil."

Diaz Sues Enquiring Minds
Despite a breathless National Enquirer story to the contrary, Cameron Diaz wants the world to know she didn't have a fling with a producer of her new MTV travel show. But now she is hooking up with the man--to sue the tabloid.
Diaz and her Trippin' producer Shane Nickerson have followed through on threats and filed a $30 million-plus lawsuit Wednesday in Los Angeles Superior Court accusing the Enquirer of a host of misdeeds, chiefly slander and libel, for running an exclamation-happy cover story in its May 23 issue bearing the headline "Cameron Caught Cheating...World Exclusive! 25 Photos that Will Shock You! Hot Kisses with a Married Guy! What Will She Tell Justin?"
The decidedly nonshocking spread features grainy photos of the Shrek star embracing the nonfamous Nickerson, who's married with a year-old daughter. The accompanying story described the hug as a "passionate clinch" in broad daylight with Justin Timberlake nowhere to be found.
Per the new suit, the Enquirer "colluded with a paparazzo and others to create a fictional and fabricated story."
The suit says the "photos were distorted, mischaracterized, misrepresented and manipulated in order to change the events shown in the photos, through the use of defamatory lies and insinuations,...from an innocent, insignificant and non-memorable occurrence involving coworkers and friends, to a sensationalistic, scandalous and accusatory story which was completely false."
To make matters worse, say Diaz and Nickerson, the Enquirer "proceeded to weave that fabricated scenario into a larger story about the plaintiffs Diaz and Nickerson having been engaged in a secret, illicit shocking, adulterous affair, cheating on their partners and finally being 'caught' on film."
Diaz's publicist, Brad Cafarelli says the Enquirer story completely trashed the "reputations, professions and personal lives" of Diaz, Nickerson and the third plaintiff, Jeanne Martin, Nickerson's mother-in-law.
Cafarelli says in a statement that the tabloid "hounded, harassed and lied to Diaz and Nickerson's friends, acquaintances, business associates and family members." Most notably Martin, a teacher who was pulled from her class for what she believed was an emergency--but turned out to be an Enquirer reporter peppering her with "lies and innuendo about her daughter's marriage." The impromptu Q&A session caused Martin " severe physical and emotional distress," according to the lawsuit.
For its part, the Enquirer refutes the allegations, "We stand by our reporting and we'll defend this lawsuit aggressively," the tab says in a statement.
Aside from the tabloid, defendants include the article's two bylined writers, Robin Mizrahi and Lee Hannon, the photographer, Oscar Duran, and an Enquirer reporter named Alexander Hitchen, who confronted Martin.
The 25-page complaint accuses the Enquirer and its minions of slander, libel, commercial misappropriation of name and likeness "by the use of fiction-masquerading-as-fact" and intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress and seeks more than $30 million in damages.
Last month, Diaz's London-based law firm, Schillings, launched a similar suit against Britain's Sun for running a similar allegation and the same batch of decidedly non-shocking photos.
Nickerson, who has chronicled his diary of a non-affair on his blog, has termed the Enquirer article a "ludicrous story."
It's not the first time the tabloids have apparently gotten it wrong when it comes to Diaz and Timberlake's love life. Timberlake hired Schillings to represent him in a libel lawsuit last summer against London's News of the World for a story claiming he cheated on Diaz with a British model.
The lawsuit hasn't deterred the publication from concocting stories on the couple. Earlier this month, the News of the World reported that Diaz and Timberlake planned to wed in secret in France last month--a rumor that proved to be false.
On a less titillating note, the singer will be teaming up with Diaz for a role in Shrek 3.
