Requirements:
• Male
• Above 23 to 28 years of age.
• Diploma/Degree in Electronic Engineering
• Preferably with 2 - 3 years working experience in any AV or consumerElectronics related industry as a technician.
• Computer literate, Good knowledge in OS; Win8, Max 10.0 or higher andMicrosoft office.

• Process valid class D, B2 driving license and GDL badge isan added advantage.

Responsibilities:
• To handle and manage incoming after sales service related matters.

• Awareness on quality work output to achieve high customersatisfaction.
• Follow up on customers’ complaint related to after sales service &quality issue.

• To assist in project implementation at site as directed.

Attributes:
• Good general knowledge in the field of IT technology.

• Able to troubleshoot independently and provide solutionsfor repair and servicing of Audio Visual Equipment.
• Basic knowledge in both computer hardware and software is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical capabilities to troubleshoot and solve problem.

• Must be able to read and understand circuit diagram.
• Must be reliable and service minded.

Remuneration Package:
• Basic salary RM 2,000 – RM 2,500
