tu lah ko..tak tahu hujung pangkal..org marah sbb tak ada arahan even pakai jaket kselamatan..lepas tu bila karam..kapten dan crew cabut dlu sdgkn dlm SOP dorang ni yg kena evacuate penumpang..paham?? |

The captain of the South Korean ferry that flipped over and sank abandoned the ship while hundreds of helpless students were still on board, angry survivors told authorities Thursday.
Thirty precious minutes passed before passengers were instructed to evacuate the ferry after it listed and began to sink Wednesday morning, 11 hours into a 14-hour trip to a -resort island.
Ten minutes later, the ferry’s captain, Lee Joon-seok, was safely off the boat, along with most of his 30-member crew.
“I am sorry,” said a teary Lee, who shielded his face with a sweater as he talked to reporters. “I am at a loss for words.”
Lee could face criminal charges for his role in the disaster. While investigators quizzed Lee, rescue crews pumped oxygen into the hull of the sunken ferry Thursday in a desperate bid to buy time in their search for survivors. |

noks..kira nya kalau ko jdk kapten..ko anggap je la yg lain tu kira burn??mcm tu??ni nyawa la..ada 30 crew..takkan tak boleh supervise 400 org??1 crew supervise bbelas pnumpang..dgn pelampung kselamatan cukup untuk 800 org..aku tak phm why dorang bgi arahan duduk dkt tempat masing2 tanpa pakai jaket kselamatan..tp dlm masa yg sama cabut lari?? |

waktu kejadian.. third officer tgh kemudi kapal.. kat area yg agak bahaya lak tu... kira first time third oficer kemudi area tu
kapten tak de.. mana tah dia.. tgh mengeseks kat kabin dia kot
Lee was not on the bridge when the ship turned. Navigation was in the hands of a 26-year old third mate who was in charge for the first time on that part of the journey, according to crew members.

Aku ghasa...........depa ada laa ALASAN depa sendiri.
Suh penumpang duduk di tempat masing masing sehingga di beritahu.
Adakah time tu depa tengah dok analisa keadaan? (serious or tidak)
Then..............kapai sudah tidak dapat di kawal.
Kapai terus senget..............
Semua crew/pegawai jadi panik.
Langsung lupa nak kasi arahan suh pakai life jacket.
Bila kapai senget..............segala benda yg tidak secure/screw kpd deck....akan terpelanting kesebelah.
Sapa sapa yg ada di sebelah tu...........akan tersepit n terperangkap.
NOTA:
Arahan utk memakai life jacket perlu di buat segera kiranya keadaan semakin serious.

Waktu bekerja utk pegawai/navigator.
0800 to 1200 hrs - 3rd Officer
1200 to 1600 hrs - Chief Officer
1600 to 2000 hrs - 2nd Officer
2000 to 0000 hrs - 3rd Officer
0000 to 0400 hrs - Chief Officer
0400 to 08oo hrs - 2nd Officer
0800 to 1200 hrs - 3rd Officer
Nnt ada plak yg tanya.................Captain x bertugas ke??
