skrg dah ada kopi yg tak de caffien
caffien dlm kopi akan membebaskan free radical.. nanti antioxidant kena cuci byk free radical dlm sel2..
so lambat ler nak whitening

nescafe di rumah. kt luar rumah segala jenis kopi. blh gak try.
I mmg hitam tau. nk ambik ni bkn sbb nk putih mcm adira. I cume nk better complexion. skrg ni tgh stress.kalau dpt cerah2 skit pun ok. |
