Women and girls taken captive by the enemy during the war were taken as female slaves. Because they were regarded as the spoils by the law, they were given, by the Islamic State, to ghazis (warriors) who needed a servant. They were bought and sold as if they were commercial goods unless they were set free. After that moment, the female slaves were accepted and treated as a member and part of family. The master who had a female slave could employ her in the daily and personal works of him and if he wished, he could have a sexual relationship with her. Although it seems unusual at first sight, it was accepted normal in the historical conditions of that time. In fact, there is a permission about it in the Quran.
In the Surah of Al-Mu’minun the permission is expressed as follows:
“Except from their wives or (the captives and slaves) that their right hands possess, for then, they are free from blame.”10
There are two important advantages of, for the benefit of female slave, that the master sexually has a relationship with his female slave. The first and most important one is that those women whose husbands died at war can be prevented from being neglected. Otherwise, it would be unavoidable that they would prostitute themselves. In this way, she would be dependent on her master’s home.
The other advantage: if she gave birth to a child from her master, she would be called “ummul walad” (the mother of the child). That child from the female slave is considered as free. Her mother becomes free and does not pass to the heirs by inheritance when her master dies. If she did not have the child or if her master did not set her free, like the other goods, the female slave would pass to the heirs by inheritance.
It was not obligatory that the master and female slave should be wife and husband. The master can employ her only as maidservant.
It was narrated from Jabir that:

“A man among us promised freedom to a slave after his death, and he did not have any property other than him (this slave). So the Prophet () sold him, and Ibn (Nahham), a man from Banu 'Adi, bought him.”

Jabir bin `Abdullah was heard to say:
“We used to sell our slave women and the mothers of our children (Umahat Awaldina) when the Prophet () was still living among us, and we did not see anything wrong with that.”

It was narrated from `Amr bin Shu'aib , from his father, from his grandfather that the Messenger of Allah () said:

It was narrated from Umm Salamah that the Prophet () said:

It was narrated from Hisham bin 'Urwah, from his father, about 'Aishah the wife of the Prophet () - :
that Barirah came to her when she was came to her when she was Muktabah, and her masters had written a contract of manumission for nine Uqiyyah. She (`Aishah) said: “If your masters wish I will pay them that in one sum, and the right of inheritance will belong to me.” He said: “So she went to her masters and told them about that, but they insisted that the right of inheritance should belong to them. `Aishah mentioned that to the Prophet () and he said: 'Do it.' Then the Prophet () stood up and addressed the people. He praised and glorified Allah (SWT), then he said: 'What is the matter with some people who stipulated conditions that are not in the Book of Allah (SWT)? Every conditions that is not in the Book of Allah (SWT) is invalid, even if there are one hundred conditions. The Book of Allah(SWT) is more deserving of being followed and the conditions of Allah (SWT) are more binding. And the Wala belongs to the one who manumits (the slave).”

Ok jadi kau akui lah Nabi Isa a.s. tak pernah ungkap "I am God, please worship me". Bermakna pengganas Kristian selama ni kena tipulah.
Yang menarik aku jumpa dalam wikipedia, rupanya ada salah edit dalam bible hingga menukar kedudukan Nabi Isa a.s. sebagai anak tuhan:

1. Macam mana bible ni yang kononnya perkataan tuhan boleh ada typo dan salah edit?
2. Apa kedudukan Nabi Isa a.s. yang sebenar?
3. Adakah penganut Kristian selama ini telah tertipu oleh kesalahan editing ini?
Macam mana? Aku tak faham sangat apa yang kau tulis ni. Tapi aku cuba juga jawab.
Perhambaan memang ada dalam hampir semua tamadun. Yang penting, para hamba dan wanita paling teruk ditindas, disiksa dan didiskriminasi semasa zaman penjajahan pengganas Kristian. Sebaliknya semasa zaman pemerintahan Islam, para hamba dilayan secara baik dan saksama.
p/s Sebenarnya lawak juga bila penyokong pengganas Kristian minta tolong dari budak sekolah Islam macam aku. Aku ingatkan penyokong pengganas Kristian ni hebat-hebat belaka. Rupanya indah khabar dari rupa... hehehehe

Bagaimana mahu hujah tentang agama christian sedangkan agama sendiri pun tidak tahu.... oklah itu kan adil kan christian dengan isle sama sama pijak wanita kan?

Kuat juga agama christian ni...jadi shield ummat islam untuk ajaran moral yang kuat di letakkan tahanan depan yang lemah ikut bontot belakang saja ok lah ada pertahanan kuat di depan kata nya
Adakah menjaga kehormatan itu memijak wanita? Itu satu pandangan yang dangkal.
Melondehkan dan memalukan wanita itu adalah satu perbuatan memijak wanita. Tindakan ini tidak wajar dan selalu dilakukan oleh geng anti Islam dan penyokong pengganas Kristian terhadap wanita.

Malik said, "It is not permitted to sell a mudabbar and it is notpermitted for anyone to buy him unless the mudabbar buys himself fromhis master. He is permitted to do that. Or else some one gives themaster of the mudabbar money and his master who made him a mudabbarfrees him. That is also permitted for him."

Female slaves and their position

manner; they should be chaste, not fornicators, nor promiscuous.And after they
have been taken in wedlock, if they commit Fahishah, theirpunishment is half that
for free (unmarried) women. This is for him among you who isafraid of being
harmed in his religion or in his body; but it is better for youthat you practice
self-restraint, and Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.)
Surah An-Nur Ayat 32 And marry the unmarried among you and the righteous among your male slaves and female slaves.
If they should be poor, Allah will enrich them from His bounty, and Allah isall-Encompassing and Knowing.
Sahih Muslim No.2542…Rasullullah SAW bersabda: Sesungguhnya syarat yang paling
berhak untuk dipenuhi ialah syarat kerananya kamu menghalalkan kemaluan wanita(syarat nikah).
Sahih Bukhari No. 4754…Syarat yg paling berhakutk kalian penuhi adalah syarat yg
dgnnya farji dihalalkan (menikah) .
Ini adalah Sunnah Nabi SAW iaitu BERNIKAH dahulu.
Nabi SAW bernikah dgn SEMUA tawanannya sebagai Isteri baginda
termasuk Maria Qibtiya walaupon beliau diberikan sebagai hadiah.

Saheeh Muslim (Book 015, Number 4082:_
Hilal b. Yasaf reported that a person got angry and slapped his slave-girl. Thereupon Suwaid b. Muqarrin said to him: You could find no other part (to slap) but the prominent part of her face. See I was one of the seven sons of Muqarrin, and we had but only one slave-girl. The youngest of us slapped her, and Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) commanded us to set her free.
Malik related to me from Nafi that a slave was in charge of the slaves in the khumus and he forced a slave-girl among those slaves against her will and had intercourse with her.Umar ibn al-Khattab had him flogged and banished him, and he did not flog the slave-girl because the slave had forced her. (Muwatta Imam Malik: Hudud: Book 41, Hadith 15)
Narrated Wa’il ibn Hujr: When a woman went out in the time of the Prophet for prayer, a man attacked her and overpowered (raped) her. She shouted and he went off, and when a man came by, she said: That (man) did such and such to me. And when a company of the Emigrants came by, she said: That man did such and such to me. They went and seized the man whom they thought had intercourse with her and brought him to her. She said: Yes, this is he. Then they brought him to the Messenger of Allah. When he (the Prophet) was about to pass sentence, the man who (actually) had assaulted her stood up and said: Messenger of Allah, I am the man who did it to her. He (the Prophet) said to her: Go away, for Allah has forgiven you. But he told the man some good words (Abu Dawud said: meaning the man who was seized), and of the man who had intercourse with her, he said: Stone him to death. Abu Dawud said: Asbat bin Nasr has also transmitted it from Simak. Reference: Sunan Abi Dawud [Prescribed Punishments (Kitab Al-Hudud)] 437 In-book reference: Book 40, Hadith 29. Your servants and your slaves are your brothers. Anyone who has slaves should give them from what he eats and wears. He should not charge them with work beyond their capabilities. If you must set them to hard work, in any case I advise you to help them.
Jabir ibn 'Abdullah said, "The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, advised that slaves should be well-treated. He said, 'Feed them from what you eat and clothe them from what you wear. Do not punish what Allah has created.' "
