kalau dah ada 1M memang la dividen dapat 50K.... maksud aku dalam masa 22 tahun tu kalau ko gaji bawah 10k sebulan takkan boleh dapat 1M tu walau dah masuk dividen. tambah dia kata dah pernah keluar beli rumah kan ? kena pulak majikan yg portion dia ngam2 ikut statutory rate memang tak dapat lah... comp aku ada jugak la bg 15% + 11% dapat la 26% sebulan, tp gaji ciput memang tak dapat laaaa

lanyard buat apa nak berenti...smlm meeting dgn geng lanyard. yg dtg segerombolan, yg berckp dua 3 ...
Untung lah naik pangkat asal mengampu je tp takde ilmu or substance...
Bonus mmg banyak tp atas performance.. ada yang tak dpt bonus langsung.. ada yang 2-3 bulan je.. ada yang makan tak habis sampai 2-3 tahun |

Rating low average & yang didnt meet expectation.... sapa2 yang dpt 2 rating ni mmg tak dpt bonus apa pun.. bukan 1 rating je tak dpt bonus
Sbb tu public mana buleh tuduh2 geng lanyard bonus lebat.... tak semua dpt bonus pun.... semua tu ataihhhh performance....
12 bulan pun i penah dpt terus rasa nak unpaid leave bila dpt bonus gini.. hahahah
Yang syok kalo basic gaji tinggi... post senior manager above... kalo exec, senior exec, manager2... deme ni gaji murah je |

ooo Manager level & below dont earn as much ke...sbb ada ex collegue iols yg sama2 keje PAC join lanyard permanent manager level, heols said can pay better than gajinya di PAC....so iols selalu ada impression untung la lanyard basic byk , bonus 3 bln terus 6 figures

nampaknya cuma berbaloi jd lanyard kalau join manager & above level yeahhh ok iols take note sbb ada jua kawan2 di upstream tu suh send CV...belum terbukak hati setakat ni tp bila dgr bonus masyukkk mmg tergoda la jua sbb PAC mcm kami bonus ciput

Adik i masa mula2 grad dulu join kat upstream... tp resign sbb jaga arwah mak i sakit tenat in 2012... lepas mak i meninggal, dia keje BP, then gi mid east.....
Pehtu utk stability and family, dia rejoin in 2020 tp dekat engineering division...
Mcm adik i ni, dia masuk sini sbb nak stability and dekat dengan family aje...
Husband i plak dekat corporate....
Kitorang sume division lain2 |

i see...i think lanyard is a good company to retire hehe sbb stable. my other friend pun baru join, umur dh 50 dpt masuk jd SM tp kat PLI...sblm tu sheols kat axiata ...PLI maybe gaji and bonus x selebat upstream?

Bonus mahsyuk tu hanya utk performer sahaja.... and its just 10-20% of population yang taraf permanent.... kalo staf contract segala bedah langsung takde apa... |

PLI bukan dikira staff lanyard sbb is different T&C
Sama jugak dgn pengerang, gentari, setel, digital... sume tu bukan staff lanyard sbnrnya
Upstream ke downstream ke, corporate ke, gas new energy ke kalo T&C lanyard semua samaaa je... tiada lebih tiada kurang |

Oh ye.. lg satu orang2 sekeliling mcm ada perception lanyard is the ultimate company semua cerita indah2 aje... hakikat nya biasa2 aje cuolz.. banyak je company lain bagi perks yang lebih best
