Buat hiit n tabata n plank (untuk abs).download app kt phone n exercise kt umah je boleh.tapi kena displin la.n control makan.bak kata mat saleh abs build in the kitchen.cut sugar n extra carb.makan lebih sayur ,buah ,protein.

Lpas bersalin bulan 11 tahun lepas ,agak2 badan dah ok sy start hiit n tabata .smpai jd ketagih plak exercise.berat sblum bersalin 48kg last before bersalin 59kg.after anak 8months berat skrg 46kg.tapi ada lg sikit spare tyre kt perut dlm process nk hilangkan.payah nau nk hilang.

aku punya first rules: cut gula & beli food tengok warna packaging tu. kalau red colour aku letak balik especially part saturates tu.
bagi aku sugar paling naughty sekali and paling susah nak cut.
first second week memang sakit kepala gaklah. lama2 ok je

pastu mencekik brown rice, lauk boring jelah.grill chic breast, broccoli ,carrot rebus, no salt. paling banyak aku makan telur rebus,fruits.
itulah dok ulang2. plain water kena banyak.
pastu exercise.dah setahun dah, berat maintain 47-48kg ,dalam 7 stones camtu.sebab umur dah banyak gak, nak pi 45kg mcm tak gerak2 je jarum tu.metabolism dah slow
