My rating 5.8/10. Watch it with an open mind. as it is too difficult to adapt full storyline as per the novel. Banyak dialog scene to intro & let audience recall & relate a bit how the boy character link to the 2 main protagonist. Probably bcoz of the movie runtime, the climax part of the action scene is edited.
But somehow ai enjoy both Idris & Matthew.
Great try to adapt into movie but still not that great. Anyway let hope the tvseries version will be better.

aku enjoy je this movie despite low ratings..pakcik idris elba is so fcukin' hot ..tangkas giler main pistol .maybe sbb aku peminat novel stephen kings so i don't mind the ratings at all..(wp novel the dome (another karya stephen kings) bukan main berkurun nak habiskan )

dah tgk. bg aku movie ni mcm flip flop skit. ada part best, ada part biasa2 jek. tp movie ni byk diselamatkan oleh aura matthew mccoughnaey (tak reti la eja nama die) dan idris elba. meols rasa kalau movie ni focus pada deme berdua, mesti meletop kebabom punye. yg part budak as hero ni, ye ye cakap budak ni ada kilauan cahaya emas bla bla bla tp ujung2 ape je power yg ko ade wahai budak?
and the ending, the final fight, mcm tak logik plak. punye la ramai tentera2 tikus dlm tu, tgk je budak tu diselamatkan oleh gunslinger? hapekah????
so so, tak le seteruk mana tp mcm matthew and idris elba dipersia2kan plak. hakak kasi 5/10
