betul tu...nak menahan godaan nafsu makan tu la paling mencabar....bab ni agak tricky..its OK kala ...
Tapi sebab determination you tinggi. I boleh bertahan eat clean dalam sebulan je. Lepas tu langgar semua. Last2 i jogging je setiap hari. Sebab susah nak diet. |

at one point of time, bila i mmg nekad nk control my sweet tooth, i can do it. i just amik satu sudu potong cake and thats enough but once u stop focus, there goes your diet along with cakes, karipap, kuih koci etc

Iris ntah i pun lama tak nampak dia. Biasala..bile jadi femes mcm i ni ofcoz la ade peminat. U sndiri sbg doktor yang berjaya mesti ada peminat jugak dikalangan anakdara, andartu dan makjanda. Aumm tu baru doktor..belum lagi jadi anak tansri wisma holding papa suruh kau kawen dgn anak dato seri bawak ferrari mula mula kawen acah benci dah kena terung baru nak sayang time episod akhir |

yes, not so long ago kita buatkan mock exams kat mesia hall utk batch depa (and many other univs)
tinggi izhan tu, and they are really good looking esp yg tgh
med students now ni tough2 dan buffed semua
oh i in endocrinology specialty

Tulah , in a way, suka jugak tgk dr2 sekarang bukan dari golongan nerds saja.I think kat asian countried je kot drs are mostly nerds.
Kat UK/ DBN, i tgk orang yg study medicine mostly are all rounders, #workhardplayharder baka kata Dr Amalina. I think that's really important considering how stressful and demanding you job is , especially in Malaysia. If you don't have any outlet to channel your stress , how la to cope?

sgt betulwalaupun nerdish qualities diperlukan kerana the nature of ilmu kedoktoran itu, tapi byk lagi aspect kehidupan and life-skills yg lebih penting sebenarnya, utk buat seseorg tu really succcesful, kan?
dah mula byk perubahan dlm scheme pembelajaran pd med students ni
dah mula dititkberatkan the need for leaders, for innovators, pioneers in medicine ni
esp enterpreneurship
di western europe ni maybe 20-30 years dah start bentuk public speakers out of doctors, debators etc
di mesia maybe dah start jugak
cuma smlm i beri lecture kat pmc students, alahai pemalu semua takmo jawab pon

At one point tu , paying RM90 for breakfast for two was quite normal for me. Looking back now, i realised that that was actually pretty dumb. Semoga sis tak sejahil i.

Baguslah camtu. I know the currriculum is constantly changing kat sana, especially because they value student feedbacks. That's good haa.. I love giving feedbacks, constructive or otherwise. But some people/establishments don't take it so well in Malaysia. I give feedbacks because I care. If I don't care, I wouldn't waste my time.
I think Malaysia still has a long way to go when it comes to incorporating those traits in medical students. We'll get there, hopefully!

3 in 1 tu jgn ckp la, but mannn.. nescafe is so heavily spiked with sugar , sometimes i feel like it's sugar that makes you think that it tastes nice..
Korang biasa minum kopi takde gula tak? I know its not common in our culture, tapi i think taking tea without sugar is a good start. Tea actually tastes good without sugar. You can actually taste the tea flavour.
