Okayss.... lama tak hapdet rutin sekarang....
Now i nak update my supplements... ada yang baru seminggu lebih amek, tp terus gigih nak update sini, ssmoga istiqomah ....
Untuk supllements i amek
1. Maca root (utk general health - energy, kewanitaan)
2. Berocca - utk booster energy (vit C and B complex) i amek dalam 4 kali seminggu je tu pun i belah 2, amek half tablet je dah cukup.. i takut overdose vit c and b and caused my kidney to work harder buang overdosed vitamins
3. L carnitine by aspen.. beli kat lazada je sbb murah sikit rm60 sebotol... this one i dengan husband takes 15 ml sebelum workout.... i dgn husband mmg regularly workout 3-4 per week... husband i prefer running 10 km for maintenance body dia pastu buat body weight toning
4. Home made jamu garlic, ginger, honey & lemon.... i amek 20 ml per day every morning... this one utk kewanitaan... husband i suka i amek jamu ni sbb lagi best bila ehem2 kata nya  sbb jamu ni memanaskan dan mengetatkan bahagian dalam

Oh yaaa terlupa... kalo i buat high intensity training, or buat banyak toning exercise, or too much dancing, i akan ambil this BCAA for muscle recovery... i amek half dari recommended dose je.... sbb i rasa already sufficient.. sbb kalo workout extra hard, nnti body aching lama 2- 3 hari muscle sore.... so bila amek this BCAA recovery just 24 hrs++ je....
Disebabkan ia berkesan tp mahal.. so i amek bila perlu sahaja... rm120 kot sebotol ni.. i amek 1/3 scoop sahaja.... so boleh tahan 90 servings hahaha |

Okeh... meh kita sharing part hair care latest i plak....
I now pakai shampoo by noughty (i still selang seli dengan clear menthol for men pau husband punya)... set for both shampoo and conditioner ni RM50 sepasang.. dulu i beli kat watsons but then i tengok beli direct from seller noughty dalam lazada, lebih murah....
Then i pakai this serum scalp by the ordinary.. RM60 beli kat cultbeauty... tp i malas dah pakai this serum sbb MAHAL, i nak go back to audace lepas i habiskan serum scalp the ordinary ni... honestly brand audace extra yang beli kat watson rm30 lebih berkesan dan berbaloi sbb sebotol besar 200 ml... berkurun nak habis and mmg proven rambut tak gugur dah....
Another holy grail i is extra light olive oil yang dicampur essential oil geranium, lavender & frankincense... RM35 sahaja utk sebotol 1 liter muahahahahhaha.... boleh diguna pelbagai function.. tp mmg utk rambut i sangat suka sbb rambut jadi cantik sihat and natural curl i nampak elok.... |

I am currently still in love dengan eucerin products utk moisturize badan dan kaki.... kulit i sgt serasi lah... even bibir pun i pakai eucerin aquaphor balm sebelum tidur utk pulihkan kulit gelupas dan berkerak... sbb i mmg undergo IPL utk leg, ketiak and brazillian area, so selalu lepas treatment kulit jadi dry and gatal, so the eucerin lotion and balm tu sangat membantu.... utk jimat, i alternate dengan pakai my home made bodyoil.... i still suka my extra light olive oil sbb menyerap sgt2 and multipurpose, murah dan mudah utk dpt....
Utk perfume kat rumah and sebelum tido, i pakai victoria secret, sbb husband i suka bau ni.... utk siang hari, i pakai chanel chance... deodoran i pakai ala2 je dr mist, dah berkurun stick to this brand...
Bodyshampoo i masih dettol blue sometimes i alternate shokubutsu shower oil just sbb nak kurangkan kebosanan pakai benda sama je.... dettol tu i suka sbb murah i usuallt borong refill pack 1 liter rm9 je time sale.... shokubutsu oil ni i beli masa sale rm12, usual price rm22 sebotol.... i pakai jimat2 je, not the main body shampoo... suka sbb sangat moisturizing.. i notice kulit i bila nak masuk 40 ni makin drying

beberapa bulan lepas i did mention here that i subsribed to IPL package utk permanent hair removal kat legs, armpit and brazillian... the package is with bubblegum wax, unlimited sessions for 2 years, pastu dia kasi free session of vagina revival hahahahahha, tp yang ni i blom buat lah... maybe later i will utilize this free gift...
so now i nak update the progress ya of my IPL sessions.... i'm already done with my 3rd session.... so far my betis dah no longer ada bulu2..... dah mcm malu langsung nak tumbuh dah.... kat ketiak pun sama… I sendiri tak perasan dah bebulu di situ ada ke tak, sbb sangat2 halus, cuma my beauty therapist (or should I call esthetician?) yang cakap masih ada saki baki bulu2 kat keti…
paling degil is brazillian… tp dah kurang sangat2 lah… kat area V tu dah almost togel langsung dah, cuma kat area2 bawah tu masih ada lah… I believe by 6th session dah clear semua, hopefully.....
seksa worrrrr nak tunggu for the next appointment... sbb I am so used to be hairless sbb I frequently epilate the down under and everywhere.... cuma I really satisfied sbb betis and ketiak dah togel by 3rd appointment.... serius best....
my tips for doing IPL: get a good moisturizer... in my case, I pakai eucerin both body lotion and that balm dalam tube, mmg sangat2 laaa comforting and hilang gatal2...
my beauty therapist said I should buy a good scrub and scrub badan masa kulit dry (before showering)…. kena pakai scrub biji2... sbb ada ada 2-3 helai ingrown hair kat ketiak…. so I need to buy a scrub utk elak ingrown hair... I ada je glove scrub yang I beli kat bodyshop, and I pakai masa showering, tp therapist I cakap scrub tu tak seswaiiiii…. I kena scrub masa kulit masih kering, so that boleh buang ingrown hair.... ok sekian bebelan about beauty today |

Ada yang brand guardian kot.. tp rasa hazabedahhhhhhh sgt yucks....
Berocca ni i borong 5-6 kotak (1 kotak ada 4 tube)... dpt aud10 je utk 1 kotak (4 tubes, 60 tablets)... i mmg pesan laki i borong byk2 everytime outstation OZ or NZ.. ni ada balance 3 kotak je ni, dah lama tak outstation...  i suka perisa berries tp tu sume dah habis dah, now tinggal oren je but still sedap di tekak i
I mmg kena cari alternative lain... ur recommendation? |
