Prefer cili kering blend..set saty hari wat stok 2 minggu..nnt suruh husband cebok anak kalau berak...takdelah kes montot pijar

Rajin ke? Mls ade la kak. Lgpun suami suka breakfst berlauk. Bila pagi2 mudah n cepat buat memasak. Bawang je mmg fresh.

Korang nk tumpang tanye, alang-alang citer cili ni. Hr tu i nk beli cili flakes nk msk olio oglio.tp cili flakes x dok.so i substitute dgn cili padi je.

Soalanye, blh tak kitw gune cili kering utk buat cili flakes?

selalu tolong mak gunting cili
gunting serong2 terus ke penapis/tudung saji
lepas tu goyang je tudung saji tu kt luar umah/plastic smpah
pastu rebus smpai mdidih then baru blend ngn bawang segala

tp ai is frust buat sambal tumis x sm sedap mcm mak buat..geram betul lah

2ys lepas...kalau nak beli cili boh blend, mesti kena g pasar tani brand lupa la...tapi dkt pasar tani la bole dpt cili boh tu

masak asam pedas semua ok la...kalau guna yg beli kedai runcit tu, mmg xcun kaler kuah @ sambal

tapi lepas tu...anak da besa da djh 5, da pandai komplen..hehe

so mak dia nak masak baru lah rebus n blend...

cili kering+bwg merah+bwg putih (kalo suka)+minyak sikit

tp i lebih suka kombinasi lada hidup+cili padi+bwg merah+bwg putih+minyak sikit...

Kalau tak salah chilli flake ada yg dibuat drp cili kering yg digoreng tanpa minyak beberapa minit agar garing...selepas tu diblend....ni panduannya

Sebenarnya sambal tumis ni ni adalah bahan utama masakan orang2 Melayu zaman dulu....bila ada jeeee kenduri kahwin di kampung...perasan tak kaum ibu sibuk kupas bawang & potong cili...riuh rendah suara kedengaran...macam2 cerita...manakala kaum bapa pula  merebahkan lembu utk dijadikan gulai kawah...walaupun dimasak dalam kuantiti yang banyak, rasanya tetap sedap. Itulah kelebihan sambal tumis dalam setiap masakan tradisi masyarakat Melayu dahulu kala.

most of the time cili kering blend sndr la..to my taste tak sama rs mskn yg masak cili boh @ cili giling beli ni..guna cili boh klu masak ms travel je

Cili kering, buang biji, rebus, blend dengan bawang putih, simpan dalam botol, masuk fridge. Mula2 menangis buang biji gi tenyeh mata. Sekarang pakai disposable gloves dan mask lagi.  Kalah doktor nak masuk OT.
