I bukan tak suka makan. I kuat makan, especially nasi. I cannot live without nasi haha. Cuma I tak minum air bergula, I only drink sugarless coffee. Mmg tak amik sugar sbb tak suka rasa dia. So automatically i tak mkn junk food. Tak pernah mkn/minum carbonated drinks, burger, keropok2, etc. Mkn ice cream setahun sekali kot.
Since cubaan nak makan extra calories ni, baru la i paksa diri makan dark chocolate, biskut, kek. Tapi as a result, my body feels lemau (because of sugar, sbb badan dah biasa tak amik unnecessary sugar).
I'm struggling nak maintain makan 2000-2300 kalori sehari. Sbb naturally tak makan junk food, mmg susah |

My weight now 57kg..
Dulu segala mala gym i join.. Dr california fitness (now celebrity fitness), fitness first, peak physique,body tone sume i join
Lelama i rs mcm buang duit jah
Baik buat sendiri je kt rumah and all d gym classew mcm body combat tu sume bleh folo kt yutiub je. Kat CF Nu Sentral penah ada kelas bollywood dance.. Mmg peluh2 + fun sgt
Last2 aku bukak je yutiub hindustan song, ha kau.. Menarilah puas2 smpi berpeluh |

I rendah u..158cm..jenis petite..klau kira ok lh dgn berat..tp i nk about 50kg to 49kg..bru sedap rasa badan..u 58kg tp u tggi 167 kn |

Utk buang angin dlm badan, i makan 5 ulas bawang putih yg mentah2 tu
Mmg seksa ms nak telan + air suam
Tp lps tu mmg bebetul buang angin sbb kentut beeryy d power
Tp mmg hilang rasa sebu dlm perut and rasa lega sgt sbb angin tu bukan saja di perut.kdg2 ada di kepala dan blkg badan |

Waa sis.. hebat.. leh jd inspirasi ni.. kaka dah msuk 38.. bru nk jaga mkn.. exercise.. salu separuh jln diet.. ni rsa dah tua smua bnda dah merasa.. so ni kira sucessful dpt mkn dlm 1200-1500cal (5hari)..
2 hari cheat day org belanja mkn..
