Tp td lunch i dh pekena nasi n kari ikan bawal sis..laki masak..so ptg ni i kena bertapa kt gym 1jam lbih lh utk burn 1000 calories

Gmbr yg tepek td berat 54kg lawa dah la. lekuk di tmt  yg betul dah. Iols kalau diet, cut down terus sugar.my musuh utama. Tp hari ni i diet ala HH, iols minum Nescafe di ana patin hse
