Squat membuatkan peha iols semakin membesar.....I nak peha dan betis yang slim...so tiga minggu ni pergi gym naik treadmill je..walking mode. Tapi tak kecik2 jugak peha ku..

Sb tu i xnk squat tp ada geng2 coach peha balak nnti perli2 nak jd tiang tnb ke? Suka hati la kn? Sb tu i suka refer coach oversea. N yes squat mmg akn naikkan peha (bulky). U buat squat kaki sama paras bahu ke atau bukak luas lg?

Iols ada kangkang sikit..kononnya hari tu nak naikkan punggomku...punggom tu memang tak di nafikan la ada perubahan positif..so bila mbik gambar pakai seluar..bagaknya peha...

wahhhh.. serious ker squat bole besarkan peha..?
iols mmg nak besar kan peha & punggung tapi ada pulak yg kata jgn buat squats..
normally lepas jog 3km iols cuma buat plank dlm seminit..
abs crunch yg lain sampai kesudah mmg tak pandai, ended up leher sakit..

geng... mcmne nak tambah tenaga lepas workout ni eh? aku workout kadang jogging, pastu training dgn heavy bag.. lompat bintang, plank, squat, sit up tu ada la buat jgk tp x hari2..selang2.. tp lately ni kalau aku buat mesti aku penat ngantuk plak keesokan hari.. biasa workout petang2 dalam sejam-sejam setengah je sehari..

Buat squat kosong je..tapi mmg squat kosong ni iols memang amalkan dekat stahun..hari2 buat dalam 20 kali...dalam 3 kali sehari macam tu la..tapi masalahnya i tak buat full workout..hi..hi..nak target naikkan punggung je sebenarnya ha..ha..tapi baru 3 minggu ni iols start pg gym..pasal tiba2 je berat badan naik...tapi makan tak berapa nak jaga lagi...actually BMI iols dah kategori berat ideal. Tapi i ni jenis kaki dah peha besar...tu yang mau bagi slim sikit. Dulu iols athlete..jadi memang kaki tu macam orang lelaki, berotot..Lps tu dok kat opis je 24 jam. Lemak pulak dok tepu kat situ. ada tak cara nak bagi slim kaki ni chuols..?

kalau sakit leher tu definitely salah teknik
crunch guna core ...
kalo nak sakit pon selalunya abdominal sbb pressure patutnya kat situ
yg sakit leher tu selalunya org pull the head up
yg tu mmg akan sakit leher, sakit belakang

kalo body shape endo tu mmg akan lebih besar kat situ...
tapi aku selalu advise member2 aku yg peha bontot besar ni jogging la
aku ada ramai member yg suka main marathon ie lari2 ni la
aku peratikan mostly runners kaki helok la selalunya...
so back to cardio exercise....

Ye la kot kan..buang masa sekarang iols stop squat dulu buat sementara..sekarang p gym jog n walk kat atas treadmill je..tak mau la peha berotot sangat..nak beli skinny jeans kena beli saiz besar sikit sbb peha tak muat..

Oo patut la. Kene cardio la mcm tu. Tp sbb u mmg dah ada otot dekat situ so mmg akn besar sikit. Mcm tu u kene jg2 sgt dgn intake lemak / oily food at the same time buat cardio

Nana ni my friend nya schoolmate masa sekolah menengah dulu. Klu kwn I tak cerita psl nana ni mesti ingt dia cm chinese ke ape sorry nana!  Sbb tu la dia color rambut blond so that people takde la kecam sgt for those yg tak tau.

But seriously relax je kn nana ni tunjuk perut dia and all, but well of course la you have to flaunt what you have lg2 abs gempak cmtu yg mmg jarang2 org ade.
