The best way and also the surest way to lose weight is to watch what you eat. Count the calories yg bersesuaian. (I mostly follow pemakanan untuk orang diabetes untuk mudah watch the sugar/carb intake).
And exercise 3 times a week. Just walking sudah. No need to jog pun. Jalan bersungguh lah jangan pula lenggang kangkong. If you can walk tiap hari, lagi cepat turun berat badan dan juga akan jadi lebih cergas serta bertenaga.

this is true, 3meals a day that is well considered, dan good amount of exercise, is the surest way to prevent extra calories from lingering.

I'm personally against starving when it comes to losing weight. I prefer healthy diets. If someone wants to burn weight fast, I can recommend trying a liquid diet (I had a good result after this 14-day liquid diet https://betterme.world/articles/14-day-liquid-diet-weight-loss-results/) and a proper workout. It works for me.
