I tt, penah ambil Herbalife..tapi to me mahal nak maintain..and rasa i boleh control sendiri.

I am forcing myself minum air banyak  so now kemana i pergi i bawa botol air. Sampai terjatuh jatuh botol tu semalam.

Then i makan mee hoon, keuh teow and egg and fish. Lain i ratah je...tp malam smlm i lapar i termakan nasi goreng...but small portion...err lately selalu makan maggi..but ok x healthy..

mybe kena adjust and more fruits.

Semalam timbang...mcm x caya..68kgs so i dah lost 7kgs???  65 or 60kg la. kang kurus na pulakk. But conclusion i...jgn makan nasi je la and lots of green tea

sy odw buat IF ni...atas saranan doktor sakit puan (sebab dalam proses nak dapatkan anak) so far ok la...sy xtimbang tp terasa inch loss tu banyak kurang sebab baju2 ngan seluar banyak dah longgar, muka pon start mengecik, badan pon xletih sangat walaupun xde wat workout..terpulang pada masing2 punya ketahanan badan..ada orang mampu puasa makan 12 jam, ada 9 jam..bergantung la pada badan masing2..cuma banyakkan minum air kosong..nak lagi cepat turun kurangkan makan nasi dan makan sup tulang...kata doktor sy tu...heeeeee

Hello. Buat mcm ni. Lagi sng / masa pagi minum kopi samada O or bersugar / sukati / lepas itu makan or minum epal hijau sebiji / minum tu mean blender wif 1 glass of air. Lps lama sikit bolehlah makan apa apa like nasi ke or roti ke / kopi beri energy / epal buat penebat supaya lemak tk melekat kat perut / for diet lah  ni / but dun forget workout ya / diet tnpa workout agak kurang menjadi / selamat mencuba.

Aku br start buat IF ni brseminggu. Da turun 2kg. Skg berat jd 60kg. Target 55kg. Tp skg mcm sangkut plak kt 60kg ni. Mungkin kene kurgkan mkn nasi. Da namenye pose mmg aku cari nasik la

the issues here is kalau org yg agak berumur mcm sis ni cant tolerate dgn masalah angin...
Angin dalaman ni kalau makan tak proper ...itu je
sebab angin ni akan naik ke kepala
kalau u biasa x makan byk or x suka makan its better buat intermittent fasting ...
but sis dah ok kalau the whole day tak ambil air manis
it juz dat makan tu masih bernafsu lagi tu...

kat tempat sy ni, siang tgh pendek; subuh masuk kol 0645 habis kol 0800 dan maghrib masuk kol 1615. sekarang posa lah aiming 7 hari.. puasa sebab hari2 pendek ha ha

sy alhamdulillah tak bloating
so far ni mudah jugak nak maintain weight
sebabgai lelaki, any weight now ni naik ke perut
so, sy amalkan kempis kan perut

sy pernah jumpa awak lah
awak tak gemok
apa2 pon, sy kempiskan perut tu rupanya tabiat dari kecik
bila sy underweight sgt dan mula rasa in need of weight, sy conciously rehatkan kepisan tu.
baru boleh naik weight.

sy rasa ianya boleh di train
tgk lah youtube pasal ''sucking in your abdomen'' / ..your stomach.. your gut.. tetapi ianya dikatakan tidak elok utk metabolism juga utk posture

yes, plenty of water utk take up space
also utk rehydration di malaysia yg panas itu

sy pon penah jumpa awak dan sy tak rasa awak ni overweight ke apa

sy rasa mcm puasa monday thursday aje
tapi entahlah
sy sendiri pon tak buat
kini masa winter, puasa sgt pendek, buatlah pulak puasanye..
tapi tak jugak mon thurs
puasa terus je wed thurs fri sat
jom kita try mon n thurs, kira ikut sunnah terus

Boleh doc. Tunggu weols nutritionist buat CME dulu pasal ni ye. Dah ada plan antara kami nak buat CME pasal IF ni tgh hot sekarang.. Sbb IF ni mcm byk misconcept pun ye jugak. So lepas dh ada kata sepakat baru boleh share dekat sini ye. I taknak nanti jadi apa dekat uols i pulak dipersalahkan plak nanti. Hehe.

i start buat IF sebab terpengaruh tengok lisa surihani dah kurus la ni hahhha.

sekarang dah 3 minggu lebih buat IF. selalu buat 20:4.  and kalau isnin khamis tu memang puasa sunat terus. so far berat dah turun 3kg.
tak la laju sangat tapi ok la since i tak la eat clean sangat (sebab i tak masak so makan je apa yang orang masak hehe)

i banyak belajar from group kat FB - IFM. memang inspired la tengok orang2 buat IF ni 2-3 bulan memang turun banyak sangat

byk misconception nye
also, jika diet tu jenis yg scientifically proven pon, jadi mcm ''fad'' je kerana ramai org fikir dieting ni mcm just for fun je
padahal ianya menentukan kesihatan u for years to come
