i start buat IF sebab terpengaruh tengok lisa surihani dah kurus la ni hahhha.

sekarang dah 3 min ...

aha bagus lah awak terus puasa M & T, ikut sunnah dan juga aiming utk hilang weight for kesihatan.
3kg is a good amount of weight loss tau
maintain that loss tu
try utk tidak gain balik
if kekal puasa M&T pon rasanya, kita akan terlatih utk tidak overeat

Ini yang worried more sbb nanti dh start rase bosan they turned around dan jadi peningkatan berat balik.. Lagi x syok nanti.. Nak istiqamah tu susah..

saya ada gastrik...
x sesuai kot IF ni...
kalau start 10pm..next meal at 3pm...mmg terbarai la...
i cuba istiqamah bekpes fruits n plain water or green tea je pagi2...
hari keje ok lah...weekend mula la ke laut...
opis mate ada yg folo coach diet ni...byr dlm RM130...
everyday dorang kena masak bwk bekal ikut menu plan...
tu pun ai x boleh nak folo...
sbb ai byk benda x mkn....
godaan paling besar my hubby mlm2 suka buat teh tarik....
ish ish....

ye, sbb aim people is too high (''i nak lose 20kg!!'')
dan usaha mereka terlampau intensif (''i nak makan sekali je sehari'')
semuanya aims yg tak berapa realistic
losing wt byk2 akan dikesan oleh otak sebagai satu serangan pada badan lalu otak akan usaha utk naikkan balik
makan is always 3 kali sehari kerana physiology badan mmg begitu

i tgh buat IF skrng. first 3 days, dah turun 1.1kg. wuwuwuwu~~

i buat 16:8. so kalau i mkn awal dalam pkl 11, cut off time pkl 7mlm. kalau mkn pkl 12, cut off pkl 8 mlm.

personally, susah jgk sebenarnye. sbb dah biasa pkl 8 ke 9 mlm, lps dinner nak buat kopi dgn susu pekat. tapi skrng bila nk buat..oops!! nope! nope!  hahahah!

i dah turun 6kgs

i noticed bila i asyik skip makan... but really i x planning langsung.. i just lost my appetite.  i have a broad shoulder and tall so i think it can be good too... slimmer and fit. Now i maintain je and stop nasi..so IF takut kurus keringla pulakk... hahaah but yeahhhh when u thin u feel sexy... tapi kena exercise la kan... make sure muscles all x saggy

aku pun bru je serius buat IF ni....sblm2 ni aku puasa isnin dgn khamis je...so bru start dlm seminggu lebih...tp weken xbuat la..sbb bila dgn family payah nak puasa..nak2 balik umah mak...cheat je la...

tp aku makan dh xblh nak habis...last week turun 1kg....ni pg td baru bukak puasa..mkn bihun sup dgn telur rebus....after 34j fast....ni longest yg aku buat..hari jumaat ni baru nk timbg...turun 1kg je pun dh ok...byk lagi nk turun ni...mungkin ambil masa selama 5 atau 6 bln....

yup...dulu dh pernah buat masa TTC... now nak start balik...utk build balik my confidence...hari ni puasa...last meal yesterday at 4pm...besok pg baru i nak bukak puasa and timbang...road to 40j

posa subuh to maghrib je lah
nnt dehydarted je.. wt loss nnt just due to lost of fluids je

but i still think u will get to your target weight

last week timbg turun 2kg..but dis week entah la..sbb balik kg...susah sket nk puasa...hari ni puasa balik..besok baru buka puasa dan timbg...but semlm my nephew notice i dh kurus sket..i ckp apo...bru 4kg je turun bln lpas...weken ni pun g holiday lg..mmg ke lautan dlm la puasa iols...

I bru jer buat 2 weeks.. 1st weeks buat IF trn 1kg.. Skrg ni x tau la da turun atau x.. I kdg2 buat 16:8..tp terlajak 18hours of fasting.. Terlupa nak makan.. Strt pukul 5 ptg dan akan makan pada pukul 9 pagi.. Tp tu la terlajak x makan.. Terlupa nak makan
