Dua org anggota polis dari Bukit Aman bahagian stafoc, salah seorang pegawai tertinggi telah menumbuk dan membelasah peniaga burger tanpa sebab. Pegawai tersebut telah mengacukan pistol dengan membuat ugutan jenayah. Ramai saksi yg melihat kejadian tersebut.

Video yg ditunjukkan adalah selepas insiden mereka belasah perniaga tersebut. Kita masih dpt melihat pistol yg berada di sisi pegawai polis berbaju kuning.

Burger seller alleges cops punched and drew gun on him

SEREMBAN: Police are probing a report by a burger seller here who claimed he was punched by two cops from Bukit Aman.

The 30-year-old burger seller also alleged that one of the suspects had aimed a revolver at him.

Video footage of the incident has gone viral on social media and state police chief DCP Datuk Noor Azam Jamaludin confirmed both parties have lodged reports.

“The incident apparently happened some time ago.

“It could have probably been due to a misunderstanding,” he said.

The case is being investigated under Sections 323 and 353 of the Penal Code.

Seremban OCPD ACP Thiew Hock Poh said the burger seller lodged a report on Jan 9.

The seller claimed the two cops came to his stall at around 1.30am on the said day and introduced themselves.

“The officers apparently asked the man to show his identity card but he refused as the cops had failed to produce their authority cards.

“The burger seller claimed one of the cops then punched him in the face,” he said.

He advised the public not to distribute the viral video as the matter was already being investigated.
