Amalkan prinsip 200. Kalau rumah 160000 so 160000÷200= sekitar rm800

Aku percaya 8/10 pembeli akan pilih landed property kalau harga sama dgn apartment/kondo. Problemnya skrg harga landed property terlalu mahal. Byk developer dah tak berani jual landed property di prime area.

sapa nak duduk kondo atau apartment kalau kena bayar management fees tiap2 bulan sampai mati? kalau dicongak dok kondo lebih mahai kot. tp benda tu tak termasuk loan bank. dah loan bank mampu dpt kondo.. nak wat mcm mana

dah itu je mampu, orang muda mana mampu beli landed house kat prime area klang valley.

kehidupan dah berubah. tula budak2 membesar atas tanah berlari kat kampung, sekarang, budak2 membesar dalam kondo, apartment, flat, PPR.

bertabah la 160k 25 tawon... 900 sebulan.. aku ..x sampai 100k pun sebulan 600++ sabau2.. interest tinggi sgt.. ingat nak refinance cari % yg lebih rendah tapi tgh ade komitmen lain kompom x eligible... 1-2 thn lagi la gamaknya

Rumah landed gated & guarded pun kena bayar maintenance bulan2 sampai mati...
Dah kalau tak nak bayar apa2, duk area tak gated & guarded... Hadap la kalau dapat jiran tetangga tak bertamadun dan perompak bermaharajalela..

Selain dari fakta yg diberikan, golongan muda yg baru berkahwin beli rumah mcm ni kabanyakannya.. Kebanyakkan iols ukang yerrrr jenis tak reti bermasyarakat dan tak pandai hidup berjiran.

Budaya hidup berjiran ni x pandai dik..

Ko bygkan jiran sebelah rumah pon x kenal.

Apt/ kondo bukan pilih an tempat utk org tua Dan warga emas..

Landed property sederhana 3bilik adalah yg terbaik.. Whellchair friendly.. Nk tolak masuk ambulant senang.. Etc.. Etc..

Isu rum put bagai takde hal.. Simen / turap tar laman rumah..

waaaaa... ye ke? KL/Selangor banyak la kot kawasan cenggitu.

nasib la kawasan aku skrg ni tak gated. takyah bayar maintanence ka apa tp kejiranan so far so good.

Landed property sederhana 3bilik  ...

Semua tu masih terpulang pada individu tu sendiri kalau mereka memang asal dari luar bandar mereka selalunyan prefer rumah bertanah kebanyakan pencen professional pilih condo.  Sekarang ni pun dah banyak condo bertingkat sama lebih kurang macam keluasan rumah tanah juga.  Pilihan kediaman ni selalunya ikut lifestyle masing2.

bnda ni kne tgok bank nk bagi base rate cmne..harga uma ko brape sampai xsmpai 100k kne 600++?aku tgah wat dokumen 80k ikat 25 tahun pakai 2rd party (ada guarantor) baru rm450..tggi bebenor interest..tapi cm kes ko aku rasa bank ko wat loan ni xmesra rumah murah..cm aku bese watkan lepasaprilbank n bukanprivatebank (mohon decoding ye) stakat ni base rate xtinggi untuk conventional n islamic financing xtggi..

Masaalahnya landed property dah mahal sangat..setakat kerja 5 tahun pun tak mampu nak beli. Yang mampu flat, apartmen dan condo je.

Saja jer cari alasan nak buat lagi banyak condo la tu. Pulangan pada developer pun lagi banyak kan.
