Penjelasan dari Kerajaan Sarawak berkenaan MA63, bagi aku sangat vokal

Kedaulatan Sarawak termasuk tanah dan kawasan laut, termasuk bawah tanah, termasuk hak hak ke atas hasil semula jadi -TIDAK BOLEH DIRUNDING
Pintu rundingan telah ditutup oleh Kerajaan Sarawak
Sebelum cadangan pembentukan Malaysia, termasuk sebelum penubuhan suruhanjaya Cobbod 1961, terdapat satu Perjanjian diantara Ratu England dengan orang Baram dari Sarawak pada tahun 1959.
Perjanjian 1959 ini telah membentuk apa yang dikenali sebagai " Trust Obligation" atau " The Queen's Obligation. Ringkasan perjanjian tersebut adalah: Sarawak tidak akan diserahkan kepada kepada kuasa luar selagi tidak mematuhi Perlembagaan Sarawak, 1941 dan Nine Cardinal Principle of the rule of the English Rajah. Kandungan 9 prinsip tersebut adalah seperti berikut:
That Sarawak is the heritage of Our Subjects and is held in trust by Ourselves for them.
That social and education services shall be developed and improved and the standard of living of the people of Sarawak shall steadily be raised.
That never shall any person or persons be granted rights inconsistent with those of the people of this country or be in any way permitted to exploit Our Subjects or those who have sought Our protection and care.
That justice shall be freely obtainable and that the Rajah and every public servant shall be easily accessible to the public.
That freedom of expression both in speech and in writing shall be permitted and encouraged and that everyone shall be entitled to worship as he pleases.
That public servants shall ever remember that they are but the servants of the people on whose goodwill and co-operation they are entirely dependent.
That so far as may be Our Subjects of whatever race or creed shall be freely and impartially admitted to offices in Our Service, the duties of which they may be qualified by their education, ability and integrity duly to discharge.
That the goal of self-government shall always be kept in mind, that the people of Sarawak shall be entrusted in due course with the governance of themselves, and that continuous efforts shall be made to hasten the reaching of this goal by educating them in the obligations, the responsibilities, and the privileges of citizenship.
That the general policy of Our predecessors and Ourselves whereby the various races of the State have been enabled to live in happiness and harmony together shall be adhered to by Our successors and Our servants and all who may follow them hereafter.
Bermula dari situ la wujudkan trust obligation (prinsip amanah) Ratu Britain kepada Sarawak, dan seterusnya amanah ini disempurnakan melalui Perjanjian MA63. Dalam Malaysia Act 1963, penyerahan Sabah/Sarawak semasa pembentukan Malaysia berbunyi:
"on the day on which the new States are federated as aforesaid (in this Act referred to as “the appointed day”) Her Majesty’s sovereignty and jurisdiction in respect of the new States shall be relinquished so as to vest in the manner agreed".
Diletakhak berdasarkan apa yang telah dipersetujui.
Dari situlah datangnya konsep pemegang amanah pembentukan Malaysia. Lagi spesifik, berdasarkan Malaysia Act 1963, Perlembagaan Sabah/Sarawak yang baru adalah dirangka dan diluluskan oleh Parlimen UK, bukannya Parlimen Malaysia:
"Her Majesty may by Order in Council enact State Constitutions to take effect for the new States immediately before the appointed day"
Sepatutnya, buku sejarah negara patut dicatat fakta tersebut tentang keunikan Persekutuan Malaysia.
Sekarang ni, versi Malaysia adalah versi Malaya. Malaysia dibentuk pada tahun 1957.
Sejarah buku teks negara terlalu lopong dan tidak diceritakan berdasarkan fakta sejarah yang sebenar.
Sebenarnya, kita kena terima hakikat, Malaysia atau penubuhan Persekutuan Malaysia adalah unik. Tidak mudah disimpulkan dengan ayat Malaysia terbentuk 1957. Ia adalah salah.
Kesan daripada kesalahan tersebut, bila ramai yang rasa terganggu dengan tuntutan Sabah/sarawak sedangkan tuntutan tersebut patut dilaksanakan dalam masa 10 tahun selepas pembentukan Persekutuan Malaysia pada 16 September 1963.

Nah ai blanje pemandangan dari bangunan asrama lama. Gambar diambil jam 5 petang 22 Mac. Ni la pemandangan yang ai hadap hari2 bila gi keja. Sila jangan heran ai hidop dengan happy walau hapa pon problem melanda hidop.
