makin lama makin merepek jua kau tt..

walau ada sikit2 make sense lah apa kau cakap.. cuma belum tepat sebab kau belum tahu keseluruhan argument dalam inquest nih..

banyak sangat tengok movie konspirasi kot.. lepas tuh menjiwai..

its ok nak buat spekuan.. tapi biarlah berdasarkan keputusan.. nih keputusan tak habis lagi..

terpekik2 kenapa IO tak cakap itu, tak cakap ini..

inquest tak habis lagi.. IO tuh antara saksi wajib lah buat keterangan.. dan rumusan siasatan mmg IO yang akan buat.. so besar kemungkinan IO akan dipanggil sebagai saksi paling akhir..

esok2 depa panggil la dia..

nak kata arwah mati sebab ada kesilapan rawatan / kesilapan keputusan rawatan ai boleh terima.. tapi nak kata dia SENGAJA diabaikan untuk dimatikan tuh agak berat walau susah nak terima akal yet still tak mustahil la..

1) Kuasa polis di lumpuhkan ketika rusuhan melalui moratorium .......menurut pengakuan muhyidin sendiri ...bermakna perusuh boleh buat sesuka hati tanpa kawalan

2) Kuasa FRU di lumpuhkan melalui keenganan OCPD utk jawab atau balas balik panggilan yg bermakna tiada arahan utk stop perusuh dari terus terusan menyerang kenderaan bomba  ...pengakuan org FRU di tempat kejadian tu sendiri  ..... bermakna perusuh boleh bermaharajalela tanpa gangguan pihak mana pun

3) Adib di cabut ECMO tanpa sempat paru2 nya sembuh, tidak di boh semula walau seharian tercungap2 sesak nafas di ICU ....menurut ketua pakar bedah yg rawat nya tu .....bermakna saksi penting dah tiada ....so cerita apa sebenarnya yg berlaku pada dia menjadi hearsay cakap2 berdasarkan spekulasi semata2 setelah kematiannya.

4) Ketika dia mampu berkomunikasi walau di soal siasat pegawai penyiasat sekalipun tiada rakaman langsung yg di buat ....menurut pakar bedah tu jugak ......bermakna saksi penting yakni adib di nafikan hak nya utk beri keterangan lah tu

5) di inquest doktor2 pakar mula berspekulasi tanpa batasan , dari mula patah 4 tetiba lepas mati jadi 7 patah .....errr x ray scan ka ct scan ka mcm tak bermakna papa hinggakan spekulasi "doktor2 pakar" lagi tinggi darjat lah plak  ...... last last yg pakar semua kata tarak sapa pukul adib haiih.

5 perkara ni tunjukkan apa ? Keadilan akan tertegak ? 5 perkara ni berlaku dgn sengaja hokayy, memang di rancang gitu hokayy.....Ada keadilan ka apabila boleh berlaku 5 perkara tak senonoh nih?

Mcm tak abis2 jer kes Adib ni. Masuk politik lagi, unsur kaum dan agama lagi. Profesionalism semua tolak tepi, janji dpt puaskan hati org2 yg tgh marah. Aku wonder jugak, gomen takder unit khas under psycho-war, damage control and stuff ker?

ni pengakuan ketua pakar bedah yg aku boh font merah ni  ........dia ada situ sama maaa ketika IO interview adib , dia kata adib geleng kepala maaa bila di tanya ingat ke dak apa berlaku .....

kenapa plak aku tak boleh diskas apa dia sebut dah tertera dia kata gitu ? Dia dah habis dahh bagi kesaksian so aku bincang je laaa .

errr kau expect rumusan apa yg IO boleh buat di akhirnya kalau dah adib geleng kepala tak ingat apa pun? Yg tu pun nak kena tunggu penghujung inquest baru nak faham kaaa ?  

Kalau IO cerita lain dari yg di habaq ketua pakar bedah tu bermakna pakar bedah tu tipu laaa, mana mungkin IO nak buat camtu , dua2 pekerja kerajaan yg diarah oleh pihak paling atas yg sama je so cerita pasti sama maaa .

kalau IO cerita yg sama dgn yg ketua pakar bedah tuh sebut bermakna tarak bukti lah yg adib di pukul ...
pi mai pi mai tetap cerita sebenar tak di ketahui maaa.....

Kalau ada rakaman video pengakuan adib , tak buat inquest lah , terus ke mahkamah lah dah ada bukti kukuh.

Tak logik nak kena tunggu habis semua baru boleh buat rumusan , kerana setiap kesaksian tu ada information yg boleh di kaut utk difahami satu per satu utk lihat apa salahlaku yg telah berlaku dlm setiap kesaksian .

Fatin Hadni: What were the questions posted by the IO?
Dr Mohamed Ezani: He asked Adib whether he remember what happened. He answered by shaking his head.
Fatin Hadni: Were there any further questions by the IO?
Dr Mohamed Ezani: I do not recall.
He said Adib was not able to talk as he had tubes in his mouth and could only communicate with sign language and writing.

lagi cuba di tutup, lagi cuba di sembunyikan , lagi terdedah salahlaku pihak2 yg cuba menutup ittew. Period. Menteri2 fake degree tarak kesabaran, semua nak guna jln pintas maaa dah terbiasa dgn beli degree cara mudah ..... so 5 perkara yg aku sebut atas tu boleh berlaku kerana pihak paling atas nak buat jalan pintas lah tu , nak bagi muka pada perusuh2 kuil agar terlepas dari sebarang pertanggungjawaban , so gitu lah jadinya.

selagi inkues belum selesai, tiada istilah dia dah habis buat kesaksian..

saksi boleh dipanggil semula untuk menjawab soalan2 berkaitan apabila ada perkara2 berbangkit semasa saksi2 lain buat keterangan..

kat atas tuh pakar cuma kata dia tak ingat.. bukan dia kata totally tak ada IO tanya soalan lain..

so biar tunggu IO buat kesaksian pula.. IO ada beberapa sesi soal siasat.. bukan sekali je.. kita pun tak tau semua sesi IO berkomunikasi ngan arwah adib, pakar tuh sentiasa ada bersama..

yea betul IO dah buat rumusan siastan dia dan apabila ketidakpuasan hati timbul kepada pihak2 tertentu sebab tuh inkues diadakan..

dah adib tak ingat apa berlaku waktu kejadian ....errr soalan lain nak boleh tunjukkan apa plak ? Yg penting time kejadian tu laaa. Soalan lain jadi tak relevan lah .

kalau doktor saja boleh faham statement yg di buat oleh doktor , bermakna mahkamah perlu letak doktor lah sebagai hakim, juri , peguam dan prosecutor , malah para penyiasat perlu dari kalangan doktor2 lah gak , kalau tidak camna nak faham doktor cakap apa kan kan kan ....kuang3

errr doktor2 pakar atau doktor2 biasa perlu explain dgn detail setiap procedure yg nak di buat nya pada pesakit dan pada waris pesakit ....bermakna org biasa pun boleh faham lah apa yg di buat oleh doktor2 pakar kalau tidak nak explain susah payah buat pa plak kat pesakit dan waris .

haaa dah tu panggil balik laa saksi ketua pakar bedah tu semula tanyaa awat biar seharian adib tercungap2 tak leh nafas walau sedar dah dia dlm keadaan emergency yg perlukan instant respon tuh...

awat benarkan ramai VVIP masuk mcm pi melawat kilang padahal risiko jangkitan kuman amat besar dah tuuu boleh saja berlaku waktu tuh

errr ada brani ka AG nak panggil balik utk tanya soalan tu ? Dia lagi nak tutup ada laaa

Doktor nih explain lebih detail mengenai proses boh ECMO pada adib  , cuma 15 hingga 20 minit saja ambik masa, sat kan kan kan

kenapa depa cabut ECMO pada 11 hb dis....sebab dia boleh bernafas sendiri.  Nampak reasonnya tuuu ....BOLEH BERNAFAS SENDIRI... depa buat anggapan sebab depa tak leh sure 100% dia betul2 boleh bernafas sendiri pun kerana depa baru je buang ECMO

pada 13 hb depa perlu bagi dia guna tiub dah plak , sebab pe ? Sebab dia tak leh bernafas sendiri, perlukan tiub utk bantunya .... dah bermula tanda2 yg dia tak bleyy bernafas sendiri lah hokayy.

Dah kalau 13 masukkan tiub sebab dia tak leh bernafas sendiri , itu petanda paru2 dia masih tak ok lah tuuu, pehal boh tiub , patutnya pasang balik la ECMO tu , patutnya antara 11 dan 13 tu di anggap trial off period lah utk tengok dia betul2 boleh atau tidak bernafas sendiri tanpa ECMO maka once nampak je tanda dia tak bley perlu immediately boh ECMO semula lah .

14 hb dia betul2 sesak nafas walau guna tiub skali pun..... depa masih buat tak tau hinggalah dia jadi tenat lebih teruk baru 15 depa boh semula ECMO.

Jadi dah jelas depa tak ikut procedure sepatutnya . No trial off period . Padahal nak boh ECMO 20 minit je.

Doctor tells inquest why life support machine could not save Adib

Cardiothoracic surgeon Dr Mohamed Ezani Md Taib.SHAH ALAM: A witness who testified at the inquest into the death of Muhammad Adib Mohd Kassim told the Coroner’s Court here today why the life support machine at the hospital could not save the fireman’s life.
Dr Mohamed Ezani Md Taib, a cardiothoracic surgeon at the National Heart Institute (IJN) where Adib succumbed to his injuries three weeks after the Seafield temple riots last November, said the fireman’s kidneys were not working properly.

“Once the patient was there, the main strategy was to restore oxygenation as quickly as possible through the ECMO,” he said, referring to the extracorporeal membrane oxygenation machine.

“This was done within 15 to 20 minutes,” he said, adding that Adib had been hooked up to the system at 12.40am on Nov 28

“The hemodynamics and oxygenation became 100%. He was more stable compared to when he was in the ambulance,” he said.
He said the ECMO had been used to address other life-threatening injuries as well.
He said the ECMO was meant as a temporary measure to help Adib’s heart and lungs deoxygenate and oxygenate blood. It was supposed to be removed if his organs showed signs of failure or if oxygenation returned to normal.
Adib was taken off the ECMO on Dec 11 as he had been able to breathe on his own, Ezani said.
He added that the fireman appeared fairly stable and had responded to IJN’s physiotherapy exercises.
However, Adib required dialysis as his kidney function had not recovered despite his response to the calls and instructions of hospital staff.
At that point, he was still able to move his limbs and was aware that he was in the ICU.
“He was able to sit on a chair,” Ezani said.
On Dec 13, he said, a tube was inserted to help Adib’s breathing. The fireman was still able to do his exercises but became lethargic and experienced shortage of breath the next day despite maintaining acceptable oxygenation levels.
“By Dec 15, his condition had deteriorated further, and on Dec 16, he became gravely ill.
“Despite all attempts to support him, he passed away on Dec 17 at 9.41pm.”
Ezani, the 14th witness in the inquest which entered its ninth day today, told coroner Rafiah Mohamad that surgery could not be done as Adib was hooked up to the ECMO and on blood thinners which could cause uncontrollable blood loss.
Ezani, who is clinical director of IJN’s Heart and Lung Transplant Department, said Adib’s cause of death was “acute lung failure secondary to lung injuries associated with blunt force trauma”.
He said the blunt force trauma was the result of a hard object hitting the fireman in the chest. However, he declined to say what this object could be, saying it would be speculation on his part.


Ezani was questioned this morning by deputy public prosecutor and conducting officer Faten Hadni Khairuddin, who is part of a three-member prosecuting team from the Attorney-General’s Chambers.A medical witness from the Subang Jaya Medical Centre (SJMC), where Adib was admitted before being transferred to IJN, earlier told the inquiry that he had heard cracking noises in Adib’s rib cage when inspecting him at the emergency unit on Nov 27.

Dr Nantha Kumaren Muthu Kerishnan attributed this to a fracture of rib bones and said Adib’s lungs had been injured. He, too, said the the injury was likely due to major blunt force trauma.
But Dr Anand Sachithanandan, a SJMC cardiothoracic surgeon, said other possible causes included crush injury, a fall from a height, acceleration and assault.
Ezani earlier said he had received a call on the night of Nov 27 from Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department for national unity and social well-being Mohamed Farid Md Rafik, an anaesthesiologist, who asked if IJN had an ECMO system.
He said he then facilitated Adib’s transfer from SJMC to IJN, which he called “risky and complicated” as the fireman’s blood pressure was unstable and he had six chest tubes connected to him.
“When I viewed the patient at his bedside (at SJMC), I noted that he had multiple chest drains inserted into him which were bubbling vigorously. To me, this meant that he had a significant leakage of air coming out of his lungs,” he said.
“This would be the main reason for the difficulty in maintaining his oxygenation.”
He said this was why he, too, had suggested the quick use of the ECMO.
The inquest continues this afternoon.
The inquest into Adib’s death was called by the government this year amid conflicting claims on the cause of the fireman’s death. Thirteen witnesses have testified so far.
Adib, 24, was part of the Emergency Medical Rescue Services sent from the Subang Jaya fire and rescue station to the Sri Maha Mariamman temple on Nov 27. He is said to have been attacked there. He succumbed to his injuries on Dec 17.

inquest nih mendedahkan salahlaku pihak2 berkenaan  .. boleh dapat tahu je laaa tu pun bagi yg mahu sedar mengenainya , jgn harap nak ada apa2 pembetulan laaa , nak ngaku pun idakkk. No accountability whatsoever.

Malah dgn mahacai dok mai soh diam jgn bangkitkan segala salahlaku itteww, dok meroyan kata fitnah ke hulu ke hilir, bermakna depa in denial mode.... memang sah2 tarak pepe perubahan yg akan berlaku laa...segala salahlaku ittew tetap akan dan boleh berulang di masa depan .

Tak ada duit nak boh ECMO ? ECMO dah ada kat situ haih, 20 minit pasang je , bukan perlu sewa kat luar negara bawak mai situ   Tak kena duit pungg sebanyak elaun dan gaji 9 menteri fake degree . Kos boh ECMO murah lagiii
