I lebih kurang sama ngan u, fluctuating between 56-58kg now, susah betul nak hit 55kg tu. Macam mana u tahan nafsu? I mmg cannot lah, i always nak snack on stuff and by stuff i mean benda2 unhealthy macam chocolate lah chips lah. How do u guys do it?

Some of my officemates pun IF juga they start eating at 1pm, i cannot bayangkan kalau i buat juga sebab by 10am je mesti perut dah bergendang pastu pantry pulak org jual muffins lah karipap, twisties, tauhu begedil all gila tempting. Pastu bila dah lapar sgt mmg everything lah i bantai huhu

I gemuk. Tapi nak juga menempel cerita pasal berat, diet and cellulite kak pam.

Asal berat 30th june 70.6kg. i started with keto diet and now on keto OMAD. I try to step on scale only once a day. Now weigh 67.3kg. i rasa okay la. Dan akan teruskan. Tapi i minum air waktu OMAD.

Cellulite i kurang sikit now, masih ada di peha bawah bontot. Dulu sampai ke area peha tepi tepi pun banyak.

And seribu kali gambar pun i tak caya kak pam tak da cellulite. Ada juga kawan office i, jenis tembam tembam asyik kata diantakda cellulite. Susah nak caya. Especially yang dah berumur ni.

ntah kenapa i macam berharap dia kena stroke. stroke yang teruk sampai paralyse. kut2 itu yang boleh menyedarkan dia dari sifat sombong dan kealpaan dunia ni. time tu baru ingat mak bapak dan adik beradik. baru sedar betapa tak bergunanya wang berjuta, handbag mahal2 semua kalau ko nak berak pun tak mampu nak cebok sendiri.

I byk minum air kosong..

Tu je i buat..

Dan i klu mula puasa ie hari ni mula pukul 3 pm kan..i dh x makan smpi the following day..tgk lah brp lama boleh bertahan..

Tp jgn permulaan buat mengejut terus lama2 puasa..takut nnt masuk angin..sakit kepala..giddy..tak tahan..body pon x boleh terkejut..

I mula buat puasa 12 jam..then i naikkan jd 14..lps tu 16..then 18 jam..i naikkan sedikit demi sedikit..bg body tu signal kefahaman keperluan makan tu berjadual ikut timing tertentu..

Dan..of course klu u plan nak buat OMAD, u boleh balun je makan apa u suka at that time..sbb makan sekali sehari je..

IF ni flexible sbb ikut timing kita..x strict kena makan pukul brp and so on..

Dan..i jenis determine..so time IF tu lalukan lah apa jua jenis makanan..yg i nampak..

Body gemok kepam gendut ni ha..

Ngeri ke tak?

Terus kecut nafsu makan melantak style

You tampal gmbr dia paling buruk paling hodoh paling gemok ok..

Serious i jd terkesan tgk badan dia..

I jd down tgk back fats dia..

With IF i no longer have back fats, pakai bra pon my back jd lean elok je..

Even pakai kebaya pon x berlipat2 lemak..longgar lg ada lah

ya u. i mmg takut sgt kena stroke yang sampai buat pesakit jd mcm vege. sakit yang lain2 tu pun banyak je yang merbahaya dan mengancam nyawa tapi sekurang2nya boleh bercakap, boleh bergerak sikit2. kalau stroke teruk sampai jd vege tu apa pun tak boleh kan. semua benda kena org lain bantu dan uruskan.

if it happens, sape la agaknya yg sudi jaga kakpam? iza mungkin akan buat flatlay necessities for a stroke patient, badder pulak dah pakai plastic gloves pun x sanggup nak cuci punggung pampers kakpam. anak2?? abu?? bijik? dgn mak pun dah x baik. takkan tok mid sanggup cucikan.. hire private nurse la kalau masih berduit lagi.
