Wow...impressive. Selalu perut keturunan mamak ni buncit susah nak kempis

Tapi dia ni masa peknen pun tak gemuk

Aku hairan gak bila ramai kata kalau tak pantang bila tua mcm mcm penyakit


Ekceli  tak kisah lah ko pantang  100 hari pun, kalau lepas tu tak jaga makan mesti lah sakit bila tua

Org kuat bersenam selalunya bahagian peranakan dia mmg kuat. Sbb selalu senam khuens..menguatkan lantai pelvis mcm mat saleh tu. Sbb tu mat saleh tak pantang sgt sbb selalu bersenam even waktu preggy.
Tp meols still meleis sejati. Still percaya pd pantang. Semoga miss v ko tak berair bau ikan masin lah ye.

meh sis peluk meh.. sama ai olls pun kadang emo bab ni. masa dalam pantang aku rasa nak mandi dua kali sehari pun tak sempat. bukan kata nak jaga badan, nak jaga muka pun tak sempat. masa dalam pantang muka teruk sangat. dengan keringnya lagi, lepas tu kusam pulak. let alone la nak exercise pulak kan memang tak la. ni anak dah nak masuk 6 bulan pun tak kurus2 lagi. semua terkejar-kejar. pi jogging pun ada tempoh. lepas balik keje, pi jog 30mins ja. lepas tu terus zasss ambik anak-anak. penat siot !

Pantang je elok2, ma ...

lain orang kain badan dia nok. ai olls pun bukan jenis mudah selimmm dengan jaga makan je. body ai olls mesti kena exercise. so i memahami orang yang komited dengan exercise ni. kalau orang lain makan macam biasa, breastfeed, lepas tu berat turun kan. i memang tak. walaupun i breastfeed and burn around 400cal sehari dari breastfeed tu je, i tetap kena exercise jugak.

ada kaitan bila berat turun mendadak + terlampau ikat perut. I jog seminggu 5x. dalam 2 days tu i buat long run. susu i still boleh cater keperluan baby. now baby nak masuk 6 months. cuma kena rajin power pump la bila ada hari yang susu drop sikit tu. lepas tu makan kena makan macam biasa. nasik, protein, vege.

Lantak la dia nak masuk gym ke apa...
Baby baru 20 hari dah ditinggal mak sbb nak ke gym..
Padahal baby tu setiap 2 jam breastfeed ....

Tapi kan kita sangka baik je la...
Dia bawa baby dia ke gym...
Sebelum senam bagi susu, lepas tu bagi juga tak payah mandi bagai.. Peluh basah pun takpe, baby bukan kisah pun...

husnuzon jek la..exercise kt gym 2 jam jek..pastu susukan anak..kalau dia rasa badan dia tahan, why not kan. lgpun org jenis suka exercise. mmg patut teruskan once dah rasa badan dah kuat. pantang org melayu jek ada sesetengah tu x leh pakai. itu x boleh ini x boleh. x boleh pijak tanah la, x leh kuar rumah la..mcm2..

bukan masa ni susu badan mencurah2 ke ladang gandum ke, iolls dlu 20 hari asyik leak je susu badan. bila excited gerak sana sini makin meriah pula susu, if pegi gym tak ke mencurah2 tu
baby tido pam susu, baby bangun bagi susu. bila masanya nak g gym. weight bole je kembali ke asal sbb menyusu. lagi kurus pun ada. just nak toned badan je la mmg kena g gym. tapi masa baby kecik mcm tu bukan priority kot nak ke gym. simple workout dkt rumah pun da ok kan

turun berat lps bersalin mmg mudah klu ikt diet n pemakanan yg btol. tp part tang perut tu mmg take time la nk kempis btol sbb rahim blm betul2 kecut lg. lg2 bersalin operate. ok laa dia blh dpt perut gitu. so amazing

1st mth lepas bersalin kalau tak jaga part breastfeeding, susu badan cepat kurang. Lain lah kalau gi gym pun bwk breastpump skali. Pump b4 n aft exercise..
