BMi iols 23.03..
Kalau boleh nak turunkan ke 22..
I jenis cepat naik dekat peha dkt bahagian ata ...

Kita serupa la..iolspun ada masalah tu la..lagi satu jenis yang suka naik otot kat bahagian kaki...bahagian peha ke bawah suka sangat naik lemak...tu sekarang kalau pegi gym buat senaman treadmill je..nak kurangkan lemak2 kat bahagian kaki...yang lain ok je..perut pun consider flat lagi la untuk mak anak 4...BMI setakat ni dalam 22.48...tapi nampak gaya makin bertambah dari hari ke hari...

Kalau ikutkan BMI dalam kategori normal dah tu...so berapa target nak kurangkan berat badan tu?

klu bole nk maintain 50 je..tp skang dh telebih 6kg..nk trun tu ya ampun..cm xde harapan je..

Ok tu bmi uols 22 je..utk peha tu i perasan kalau nak inchloss byk kena slalu buat kardio..at least seminggu 3x3km..baru rasa ringan je peha n punggung..ni iols dah termiss kardio dlm 3 minggu..berat tak naik tapi boleh rasa yg seluar dah ketatla dekat situ..huhu

Betul sis. Payah nak turun walaupun dah control makan. I tak pegi gym tapi i suka berjalan. Pagi 30min, petang 30min. Kaki slim tapi perut buncit. Hihi. Beli girdle tapi tulah tak best sebab cover jer perut tu. Biarlah betul2 flat baru lah bangga diri kan.

0.38 tapi tak rasa extremely slim pon. lelemaks 25% berat 50kg. jd nak turunkan 2.5kg lemak naikkan 2.5kg otot. exercise ape yg sesuai eh?

Ha..betul tu...dulu memang setiap minggu at least iols buat 3km briskwalk atas treadmill. Semata2 treadmill. Tapi pernah tertengok satu rancangan masakan korea. Ada sorang chef tu agak sado. Dia komen ada sorang pelakon tu, sekejap kurus, sekejap berisi. Pelakon tu cakap dia kontrol makan, tapi kadang2 bila semangat tu tak ada, dia akan gemuk balik la.
So chef tu cakap, kalau nak maintainkan badan, tak boleh dengan sekadar kontrol makan saja. Kena built muscle, sebab muscle tu yang akan menaikkan metabolisma kita. At least kalau excercise tu, kena jugak buat latihan angkat berat tu. Tapi seelok2nya kena merangkumi semua ni endurance, strength, balance and flexibility.


So sekarang iols add semua jenis senaman. Sebelum excercise tu iols buat streching ala2 yoga..kira warm up la. Lps tu angkat berat sikit then baru iols naik treadmill. Sometimes bila ada geng, iols folo diorang berzumba.

Tapi masa terhad sangat, sbb iols pg gym time lunch hour. At least ada pergerakan sikit2 kan..Sejak excercise ni, ukur lilit pinggang dari 31" dan jadi 28"-29"...

Tapi nak maintain tu agak susah la..kdg2 minda tu suruh relax kat ofis je...

Dah ok banyak la tu..at least bergerak kan? Dari duduk je memanjang. Cuba buat jalan laju..tangan kena kedudukan macam orang nak lari tu..hayun laju2..iols bertreadmill macam tu la..fefeeling pinggang berpusing dan lemak terbakar dengan pergerakan tu...pinggang turun dekat 3 inch tau area pinggang tu...

Kan..bila bertambah usia..memang sukar nak turunkan berat badan. Iols ni dah setahun masuk gym...tapi berat tak sampai 3 kg pun turun. Kalau nak naik tu senang je...

Memang ada inch loss...tapi biasa la kita perempuan ni. Selagi nampak penimbang tu tak berkurang..mesti tak puas hati kan. Ni nak try jaga pemakanan pulak. Eat clean, semalam dok bincang topik tu dengan geng wasep. Pong pang...pong pang dengan semangatnya...tapi asal sampai rumah je..terus cari makanan...ghaserrr???

BIar betul chuols ni...berapa ketinggian...n berapa ukuran lilit pinggang tu???

Kalau nak gain muscle tu...kena buat strenght excercise..

hahaha..same la kite..cmne nk start ni.melantak cm nk mati tp xcercise haram..bebudak opis ni rmai diet tp xterjoin lak..asal nk join je msti laki den ajak mkn hotel la..g jejln la..mne la x bam bam..mmg angan2 mat jenin je la gamaknye..
