Sbb ada carrot byk. Sy buat simple je mod dila. Mls nk guna pemarut, sy shaved je carrot tu guna peeler. Tmbh tepung, telur & air. Mcm fritters, just that instead of deep-fry, sy buat mcm pancakes. Jd minyak x byk.

ikut hati, cekodok bawang ikan bilis... tapi x lah... so akan usaha utk sarapan cornflakes je.. hehehe

Boleh je buat cekodok tu jd pancake. Batter tu cairkan sikit, jd mcm pancake batter. Goreng mcm buat pancake instead of deep-fry. I did that haritu masa buat zucchini pancakes. I added julienned zucchini into the batter, and fried with a little olive oil. Sedap je.
