iolls tak memilih sangat bab breakfast. asalkan ada kopi susu iolls dah puas hati. heheeee
tapi selalunya iolls makan roti je pagi2. kalau dah jemu, baru la merajinkan diri carik kuih ke~

sate, nasi lemak daun pisang, mee rebus always my favorite ! tapi kena sedar umur bukan makin muda. dh start kena control makan dah. takde istilah makan selagi boleh makan

untuk pagi, Lorra suka sangat makan nasi lemak (mak yang masak). kiranya Lorra jarang beli nasi lemak kat gerai/ kedai. dan juga Lorra pun suka breakfast roti canai. tapi bila kerja ni, Lorra akan bawak bekal. goreng kueyteow ke, bawak lauk semalam ke (perangat). dan Lorra jarang minum air manis waktu pagi. mesti minum air mineral. tapi kalau busy gila, Lorra akan minum secawan Milo kosong. tu pun dah kenyang

meols suka nasi lemak, sbb kenyang.. so leh makan ringan2 bila lunch time. btw, nasi lemak ni dikira makanan seimbang yer.. bukan meols yg kata, tapi TIME megazine yg listed as one of 10 most healthy international breakfasts

PETALING JAYA: Nasi lemak, the staple Malaysian dish, has been recognised as one of 10 most healthy international breakfasts by TIME Magazine.  

Listing down the various components of the coconut rice dish, the article described nasi lemak as “supremely delicious”.  

“Yes, there’s a bit more fat than is good for you (eat less rice to reduce), but it’s balanced with lots of manganese, protein, and carbs.  

“The chili in the sambal also boosts the metabolism (depending which nutritionist you talk to),” according to the article on Tuesday.  

Also on the list was the Turkish breakfast spread featuring olives, tomato, white cheese, eggs and sausages as well as the Israeli shakshouka in which eggs are poached in a tomato and vegetable sauce.

The Japanese breakfast of various side dishes alongside rice and the Vietnamese pho bone broth, which comes with a variety of vegetables and herbs were also listed.  

Egypt’s entry was ful medames with broad beans spiced and stewed overnight, while gallo pinto, black beans with rice, from Costa Rica was also selected.

Europe’s contribution to the list consisted of porridge, with Iceland’s hafragrautur oatmeal porridge and the Russian kasha, a porridge consisting of various grains and cooked in milk, making the list.

Upma from India was featured as well, described as a thick concoction made from dry roasted semolina.

Once a farmer’s meal, nasi lemak now enjoys widespread popularity across Malaysia and is commonly considered the country’s national dish.

Fuh! meriahnya breakfast korang.

Ngah kalau kat rumah mak, samada lempeng atau cucur cicah asam pedas semalam.  Air nescafe susu. The best.

Kalau kat rumah sendiri, selalunya nasi goreng dan milo. Kasi anak-anak kenyang nak ke sekolah.
Husband roti bakar dan teh tarik kurang manis, hari-hari.

Bila di office, Ngah makan oat dengan susu no sugar dan minum americano.  

Kat office ni selalu rezeki rimau, kontrol makan pun ada aje orang nak sedekah. End up terlebih makanlah pulak.

kalau hari bekerja, dekat bangunan opis ni adalah dalam tiga stall buka,macam2 ada tersedia untuk breakfast.
kalau rasa nak makan heavy, meolls selalu ambil nasi lemak/meehoon goreng/kuey teow goreng.

kalau rasa nak cepat grab la sandwich.

and kalau dekat rumah, lately ni suka makan granola dengan susu lembu/susu almond. mudah nak buat,kenyang pun ya..selalu orang biarkan overnight tapi meolls suka simpan sejam je dalam fridge sebab suka granola tu masih ada texture crunchy instead of lembik

Tiap pagi setelah bangun tidor minum air kosong. Then lakukan rutin pagi. Breakfast sempoi jer. 2 biji telor rebus dan satu mug indocafe

Roti bakar 2 keping with salty butter dan kaya homemade mak su iols! Everyday without failed for the past 1 year. Minum dgn kopi fave iols Davidoff. Other time add 2 biji telur 1/2 masak, yummey

Mase blaja dolu2, fevret bekpes iols ialah scrambled eggs dan oat porridge, beli dari kantin spital. Kalau masak sendiri, telur goreng atau scrambled, makan dgn roti tu biasa. Iols takde la tere sgt nak masak pelbagai benda.

Mase kecik2 sampai la ni,fevret bekpes iols ialah lontong kuah lodeh dan soto daging, beli kat pasar. Ni sbb bila mkn teringat byk memori silam.

Tapi hakikatnya, iols jarang mkn awal2 pagi. Kalau ye pon, bedal roti canai atopon nasi lemak atopon megi goreng, atopon mihun, atopon mi goreng. Selalunya iols terus brunch nasik putih berlauk. Pastu kena minum petang makan heavy i.e. nasi, mi, kfc, etc.

Zaman iols mkn biskut atau roti cicah milo dah lama berakhir. Iols kalau tak mkn heavy boleh rase mcm nak pitam kat tmpt keje. Keje mcm buruh, tu la kekdahnya. Iols nak cuba turunkan berat bdn, tapi memandangkan diri cam tak bermaya kalau tak mkn heavy, iols pendamkan je niat tu.
