Beli rumah letak 2 nama dalam S&P

Assalamualaikum, saya dan tunang nak beli rumah sebelum kami berkahwin. Ada persoalan yang bermain kat fikiran saya sekarang

1. Boleh kah kami letak kan 2 nama dalam geran rumah(S&P)(walaupun kami belum berkahwin) dan loan hanya guna 1 nama sahaja. Ini kerana saya juga akan membayar separuh dari bulanan rumah tersebut

Hr tu ade tnya lawyer katanya mak bapak adik bradik suami isteri blh la..means yg ade ikatan..kalo blm kawen xblh rasenye..kawen la dlu bru buat.. tp kalo mampu beli la sebijik sorg

coz kita tak taw jodoh smpai mane

perkahwinan akhir2 zaman ni jgk

Kalo loan bank pakai nama sorg je meaning mmg lepas la utk satu nama. S&P utk rumah boleh je letak 2 nama sb nak secure nama wife. Kalo jd apa2 rumah tu dh jd harta sepencarian korg laki bini. Lgpon awk kata awk nak kena tlg byr juga kan. Tp time tunang ni jgn beli apa2 lg la better sewa dulu

saya rasa boleh loan satu nama. tapi kalau apply loan dua nama yg tiada hubungan kekeluargaan yang tak leh. sale and purchase agreement takde masalah nak letak nama sapa dan banyak mana pon.

pergi lah tanya bank..better.

Boleh je takde hal pun wlaupun belum kawen..tapi to be honest aku da 3x buat kes jual rumah sebab kapel @ tunang putus ni..ade smpai kena gi terengganu smata2 nk cari ex tunang tu nk mnta dia sain borang 14A sbab dia xnak bgi kerjasama..sabor je la

TT kena pkir masak2..letak 2nama kat geran meaning dat impliedly sorang ada hak 1/2 share wlaupun TT sorang yg membayarnye..in case kalu ade pape berlaku (putus b4 kawen), yg sorang lagi tu berhak nak tuntut 1/2 share dia sbb nama dia ade dlm geran wlaupun dia xbyar loan tapi dia msih ade hak sbb dia pemegang 1/2 bhgian..klu btul nk bli rumah skang, better guna nama TT sorang je sbagai pembeli & peminjam..kot r TT ade cash lebih nak setel loan awal, pas buat discharge bank TT buat la pindahmilik balasan kasih sayang bagi half share kt pasangan tu.
