South China Morning Post - Scolded by driver, toll booth worker in China bursts

A toll booth worker in eastern China’s Zhejiang province was filmed being scolded by a driver to the point of tears. She then had to force herself to smile as she turned to serve other drivers.

The 19-year-old was reduced to tears by impatient drivers who verbally abused her after she helped move a broken-down car, causing a delay in the toll queue.
